i thought the effect looked much much cooler before you stretched the time line and cropped the black. just filming the strobe without any further editing is an amazing effect

well wether it's pointless or not, it was fun to do and you never know, someone might use it in a music video or something. So all in all not really that pointless, it was just an effect that someone might use one day. In either case, i don't see that many people out there truly showing step by step how to use Final Cut. ;)
