I just realized the announcer mentions the city east cleveland before the dance routine, that should answer any questions about where Shaw is from. Heck I should know I graduated fromt he school and was in the band myself.

It surely is, this is a great performance. As a Shaw graduate, I really enjoyed the show. Got to see them at Nationals in 2008, they put on a show yet again.
