  • This good it prove american can actualy think for selves.

  • BS !

  • everyone responsible for the genocide against Iraq should be hanged

  • Are you talking about Saddam? He was the one who committed genocide matey.

  • Saddam commited a genocide, but the USA committed 10 times greater genocide than Saddam

  • and what do call 9-11-2001 what was that? And the people who rushed in to help and that are dying slowly.

  • In a 2006 interview, US President George W. Bush labeled the ongoing War on Terror as "World War III".

  • Only $600B.

That's less than a financial bailout.

    And Saddam is gone.

That's worth alot more than $600B.

  • it worth hundreds of millions of Iraqi lives and a destroyed economy in Iraq, destroyed social life.

This is just a robbery, well-prepared. The criminals will be caught and executed.

  • WHAT?????? islamonazi isnt a word and where do you get your facts from

  • bullshit, most of the deaths were due to sanctions (if you even know what that means) between the first and second gulf war-- check your stats before lieing to yourself.

  • Sanction?

You must mean UN sanctions, such as the 17 UN Resolutions that Saddam thumbed his nose at in defiance of the international community.

17 UN sanctions and no Russian veto, so the Russians approved of the sanctions.

All Saddam had to do to save those Iraqi lives was live up to the agreement he signed when he surrendered in Gulf War 1.

  • its the economic war- collective punishment which, in my view, goes against the basic principle 'we the people.'

    'and Saddam is gone'

he sure is little lady and about 1 million Iraqis have 'gone' with him.

    Instant liberation- just add oil!

  • There was no "We the People" in the Saddam Terror Regime.

It was only "Me the Brutal Dictator of Iraq."

The Iraqi people could not tell Saddam to live up to his agreements so the sanctions could be lifted.

  • That's a sure pretty argument you've cobbled together there - it explains the massive propaganda operation needed to get usualy docile & stupid people morally fit for supporting another illegal war.

I'm sure you're a nice gal n' all sweetheart, but try to lay off the politics

    have a nice day....

  • no they wont be, they coming to your house next.

  • As someone pointed out, the US "borrows" from itself but in the future the actual cost will be worth less, meaning it's not going to really cost 600 billion in today's money. Also the borrowing helped increase revenues. Most of the so called US "debt" is owed to Americans. China and other nations own treasuries, which is like interest on your bank account. It doesn't mean anything and the interest is low like 1-3%. There's no real "debt".

  • The US better brings back the troops to take over the wheat fields in Canada when the dollar collapses and prices tentuple.

  • hey the koolaide drinkers better wake up or they will end with koolaide in their lungs in a couple of administrations...

  • Russian economists may not understand this, but under the present American federal reserve system, the fed banks printed that $600 billion in new currency and lent it to the US government.

It is not "too much currency chasing too few goods and services" because that exact same amount worth of new economic activity has been created; $600 billion worth.

This began in 1913 and ever since then, the US has quickly gotten involved in wars. Wars cause borrowing

  • I think even the most inexperienced economist can understand that.

So the problem between russian usa relationship is that one side thinks that the other side understands nothing. And that allows that side to think that it is superior and it starts making stupid choices.

  • Exactly, but the thing is they spend those money every time, and secondly other countries don't do such virtual thing as printing cause of the economy production.

They print only to support currency level, But in the current state currency level != economy production.(

  • The wars was over quickly then the occupation began and this is what became unpopular. The longer an occupation last the more unpopular they become. But one military policy is that a war is to important to a country to leave the stradey tactics and ideology to a individual soldier.Ever soldier in our military is a volunteer they were not drafted and they knew there job and the risk. Everyone that becomes a soldier knows that he is paid to do a job not th think. they volunteered for crist sakes

  • This guy had to go to war to find out this war was nothing but a lie and a fraud? Brainwashed!

  • GrandTheft Iraq! And then you listen to all this sh*t about the troops keeping us "free." (sigh)
