I love the choreography in this clip. Salomon's got amazing musicality. If you check out more clips of him, he captures every single beat with a great move. His students are very lucky! My advice to instructors, follow Salomon's lead and teach your students to be more musical with their movement. It makes a huge difference.

Musicality comes with experience with the music and a willing to take risks. You can show people to do a move on when the music changes but then it loses its spontaneity. I'm not so sure it can taught.
