How do you do that rising effect? is it just a bunch of single shot tubes glue to the shell? how are they fused?

really nice shells gr8 break radius on the smaller ones. I really enjoyed the shells w/the hanging mines on them ive seen that technique in a hanabi vid where they tried to recreate the leaves on the stem of a flower.I was debating to attempt it & now ive seen how they look im convinced ! awsome job ALOHA
