  • They should put in a Trip To the moon attraction.

  • @AHurricaneProduction lol I think this and another handful of rides at Tokyo Disney (Winnie The Pooh, Mermaid Lagoon, Arabian Coast so on) are like secretly protected. Half of what makes this park special is the fact that most of the rides are unique to this park. This is the most popular attraction, I personally think it will never be cloned.

  • This is great. Our upcoming wedding theme is Journey to the Center of the Earth and I wish, I wish, I WISH our honeymoon could be going to this park just to ride this!

  • wow I love japan style! not only does it makes people thrill, but a cool story too, as if to make the people feel as if they're there! AMAZING~!

  • I love how TPR Members just shut up and gets serious on amazing rides like this and its other Tokyo Disney Rides

  • When I rid on it, I fucked up.

  • By far the best ride I have ever been on!

  • They should put this in Animal Kingdom instead of Avatar land!

  • i had to wait for an hour to get on this ride lol. but it was coool

  • why qwas there lightning underground????? overall i would like to go on this ride

  • the AA @ 2:05 looks amazing!!!

  • Uwaaaah, this ride looks so cool~

I wish we had it here...

  • Amazing ride!!! I feel like the only thing it's missing is a little "coda" at the end, just one more good scene, like Splash Mountain. But all the same, incredible!

  • That's fantastic! I used to ride on it first time when I was 7. Well, I was paralysed...

  • cool, thanks for sharing! question though: how do you film a dark ride and have it come out so well? I'll admit, I've tried unsuccessfully on past visits to amusement parks, and they never come out right. all I get are little light blurbs here and there.

  • Cool dark ride I espeacially like the part with light at 1:32

  • This ride looks amazing! IT needs to be at Disney's Animal Kingdom

  • @Greenkai3000

Too Bad "Oriental Land" the company who owns Tokyo Disney wont let its rides into american disney parks

  • Fantastic dark ride!

  • 中は暗いのに、綺麗に色がうつってますね。スゴイ!

  • I was there on Dec.28th 2008, 'Journey to the Center of the Earth' was so exciting!

  • Oh, wow, I was directed here to check this vid out. I didn't even know Tokyo had a ride like this, I would totally want to experience this first hand. Great vid!

  • wow very cool.... sure looks like the same system that Test Track at EPCOT runs on......

  • I love my hearth..... Good :)

  • It would be funny as if in the background you herd "kung fu fishy"

  • cool, thx for sending me this

  • SWEET XD

  • i wish this could be in the center of the world instead of boring rocks and magma

  • Nice!!!

  • Its neat. I wish I could go but I don't think I ever will...

  • It's all slow and leisurely, 'Oooh, look at the freakish adorable slug thingys :D' then at 2:10 'OMG BALROG!!!!!!!'

  • one of the best attractions ever made IMO

  • Whoa, this looks awesome indeed! I wanna ride this ride now! :)

  • that's cool

  • Nice! Thanks for sharing. Subscribed.

  • Very Cool!

  • Wonderful video of a fantastic ride! Great job!

  • Wahoo ! it's beautiful !

  • That is a fantastic video ! I can't wait until I get to go to TDR and experience it for myself.

  • That looks COOL!! :)

  • Great video ! It's nice to see something different. Never knew Disney had a ride like this. Thanks for all you do, we Disney fans appreciate it !

  • this loooooks AWESOME.

  • This is fab cool.....Loved it.....Flet like i was with you on the ride.....Thank you, Christine

  • Great ride. Looks like Disney used a similar ride system as Test Track in Epcot. I hear that the Dwarf's Mine Train ride in the new Fantasyland will be part dark ride, part coaster, much like this ride.

  • (comment removed by Knotts Berry Farm)

  • oops i meant #2:22 :P

  • man i miss Toyko! #0:22-0:26 ftw :)

  • So what is this? a dark ride/Test track Combo? Also, ive been looking for a good POV of this ride. Thanks. Finally!

  • So wish I could ride this! Great video!

  • This looks really cool.. Thanks for sharing

  • Excellent job on the video!

  • OMG! WOW :D , NICE VIDEO!

  • os it true that they are bringing this ride to Walt Disney World?

  • FEED THE YETI TO IT!

  • Okay, I'll admit it...

I want to go on it.

  • @SnakeVash Watch De Vliegende Hollander (The Flying Ducthman) in the Efteling (the Netherlands) . It's seriously one of the most beautiful and wel themed coaster i've ever bin on.

  • Awesome, really well shot, thanks for sending that to me.

  • Best video of this ride ever.

  • Really neat ride! Thanks for sharing, I wouldn't have otherwise been able to see this. :)

  • I like it! Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work.

  • What video camera did you use? The lighting turned out pretty good.

  • Cool!

  • You guys are so lucky! This ride was closed when we went. :( It looks amazing!

  • Looks like Avatar! I reckon we're not far off until they make an indoor/dark ride based off Pandora :D

  • @BusinessDog2000 Ha! Prophetic words!!

  • @tamajinn I know, rite? Hahah.

  • Oh, i see. So it's a good version of ET.

  • I wish they had some Jules Verne-inspired attractions in the US parks too :( ...not that I don't love both of the Disney parks in the US

  • I want to go now!!!

  • Cool ride!

  • when i first rode it i was scared to death at the last part lukily people can ride in one carrage

  • looks cool

  • great ^__^

  • genius, bravo

  • Thanks for posting! I'd love to ride this in person.

  • how fast does this ride go? it looks like so much fun

  • Best ride ever. I waited an hour. Well worth it.

  • wow

  • If only the Walt Disney Company would put this kind of well-themed ride in their parks again. Indiana Jones was probably the last we'll see of that.

  • Rode this when I was in Japan. It's in my top 5. The lava monster in person will make you piss yourself.

  • @2:08 Well she seems friendly! :)

(Yes, Walt Disney Imagineering says the Lava monster is a girl.)

  • this looked awesome

  • by God! thanks, I had forgotten how much I like it, This ride is incredible! I thank you very much, you make me happy this day.............

  • This ride alone is better than all of opening day DCA....wow lol.

  • Rode this a few years ago. Amazing ride. Thanks for the video!

  • THIS LOOKS SO FUN.

  • I live in Anaheim (yes, where the magic began) but sadly I'm moving to South America, unhappy cause there no Disneyland, but I told my dad that "if we're moving to a place that has no Disneyland, every year on my birthday, forget parties, you're going to take me toa Disneyland on either four parts of the world: Anaheim, Paris, Orlando, or......Tokyo

    My dad's reaction: ! 0_o !

  • @disneydreamerdancer And what about California?

  • @1tacoman17 well I have mentioned going to Disneyland Resort, which is clearly in Anaheim (which is CLEARLY in California) but if you're talking about California Adventure, then I must say thank you, bcuz I haven't thought of that. :)

  • @disneydreamerdancer Yeah, sorry I was so unspecific :)

  • it looks like so much fun!! D:

  • This ride is Epic!

  • Awesome!

  • wo0o0o0o0o0w Thats Amazing, The Effects Are Wonderful Thatks For Send Me This Video

  • THANKS for sending me this Video.Great job. They should take the old people mover track in Disneyland and make this ride.

  • So this is kinda like suppose to be like the Matterhorn and expedition Everest but in Tokyo?

  • That is fucking incredible! Look at the robotics :@

  • i need to visit Japan ... like tomorrow!!

  • This has been said 109876 times, but this is an amazing ride utilising amazing technology and encasing it in completely immersive and beautiful and functioning theming. As for the Yeti comment- exactly! Why does the US get the shaft in funding? We'll see how the glitz and glamour of Radiator Springs pans out... Big Thunder 2.0?

  • How fast this goes??

  • What a cool fucking ride.

  • @5MadMovieMakers What ride is that? Have video?

  • @oldrestless Search "Voyage to the Center of the Earth Ride" and click on the first video. If you go to 3:10 it has an on-ride view. It is a water raft ride that is "underground" the whole way and even though the theming is not as cool it is out of control fun.

  • @5MadMovieMakers Um, no. A stupid water slide is not more fun than Lava Monster OMFG DisneySea Journey.

  • @themeparkreviewTPR haha well maybe I've never been on this ride and you've never ridden the slide so who knows. This ride does look a lot more epic, the slide is just fun.

  • @themeparkreviewTPR well people like different stuff, more so than a lava monster (which is badass)

  • @themeparkreviewTPR thx for the message. sbuscribed :)

  • @themeparkreviewTPR Um, YEAH! Thank you! Someone else realizes that rollercoasters trump all!

  • Comment removed

  • @themeparkreviewTPR its disney what u expect :P they did good on the art and ambience though

  • @5MadMovieMakers Are you serious, I've rode that ride, but never this ride, and by far anything Disney is 100x better than water world

  • @5MadMovieMakers Been there, haven't been to Tokyo Disney Sea, but based on this video, the water slide in Denver is NOT cooler than this.

  • @mycroft16 sorry never mind

  • Mothra, meet Disney. Disney, Meet Mothra.

  • LOOOKS SO FUN, I WISH I LIVED IN JAPAN JUST FOR THIS RIDE!!!!!!

  • @jdk102699 lose the caps, bro.

  • @coasterfreak49 lose the commas first

  • Looks likes an attraction I would like to see in the American Parks as well.

  • That was awesome :O

  • 2:11 that was an unexpected whoooow those cars took off fast for being a dark ride.

  • @easy9678 It's not a dark ride, It uses the exact same ride system as Test Track at Epcot.

  • YAY!!! Tokyo Disney Sea, literally the best park in the world i must say...

  • nice. wat exactly were the cars?

  • @babx13 I'm guessing some sort of excavation vehicle/device used to dig to the center of the earth.

  • I wish all dark rides had fast parts like this

  • This looks a trippy ride. The fast part seems a bit short though. Still I'll have to go Tokyo DisneySea sometime in the future.

  • Ahh I love Tokyo DisneySea.

  • what is better Rita or desert race?

  • @TheCoasterrus bit random

  • @1996Coaster just wanted to know because i,ve never been on dessert race.

  • @TheCoasterrus oh ok I'd say Rita because it has that cool little bit of roller coaster at the end

  • No the ride system is basically a test track clone with a different layout.

Its really an awesome ride and Probably one of the nicest disney parks. Shame they never built it in california like they were supposed to before the built it in tokyo.

  • Are the vehicles/track style similar to Rocket Rods? It looks awesome!

  • This ride looks amazing! I would love to go to Tokyo DisneySea. The entire park looks fantastic!

    Awesome Video!

  • Does this ride use the same type of ride system as Test Track at Epcot?

    Awesome Video!

  • @NYcoasters sounds like it

  • How can they get the Lava Monster to work but not the yeti? lol

  • @havocster58 because the OLC puts up the money to fix it.

  • @havocster58 Because Tokyo Disney Sea is funded by the Oriental Land Company, and DAK isn't.

  • @havocster58 Cause Disney is not involved in this ride as both Disneyland toyko and Disneysea are neither owned or run by Disney. That is the reason.

  • @Cruiseshipfan Disney still has the rights to the parks, they lease the Imagineers and all the Disney branding to the Oriental Land Company, who funds all construction.

  • @thedragoonknight Yes thats what I mean its not disney who runs the show. Oriental Land Runs it not Disney. The company who funds it decides where the money is spent and they actually spend the money not like Disney now days.

  • @havocster58 The answer is money. Tokyo Disney is run by a seperate company who have more money The Walt Disney Company (If you can believe it) so they are able to have better standards of upkeep. In addition the Yeti doesn't move any more because when it swung its arms it would shake the whole structure, which is very obviously dangerous. And before anyone that reads this can dispute that, I should mention that I got my information directly from a Disney Cast Member.

  • no you cant

  • yall cant stop the patmiester
