Same here. Let's see if we can find a common reason, e.g. soundcard, driver versions or something. I'm using an older SoundBlaster Audigy 4 with driver version 6.0.1.1377. Sound familiar?
@cmmadmax Unfortunately, I managed to fix it. It's unfortunate because it got fixed after my old Hard Drive died and I had to do a completely clean re-install. I'm still on the same soundcard I was then, a Creative X-FI on 6.0.1.1375.
I'm honestly thinking it has to do with any audio codec packs.
I uninstalled it several times, nothing changed. it was all fine for the first 15 hours and then - this shit happens!
Now I have the same problem wirth mit PS3 version... :-/
