  • Hello - thanks for this video - inspired me to go out and buy my first mechanical watch - swiss army ambassador xl.

where exactly did you get that strap - looks awesome.

and my caseback is exactly the same as the mach iv's - do you know what the little arm right above the quickly rotating mechanism is for? you can see it clearly at :45sec in your video. it seems to be some kind of meter - maybe a power reserve meter?

    thanks again!

  • it looks a lot like a ferrari watch

  • You can't buy this for $350

  • Thanks for the detailed review.

What other watch brands have inner rotating bezels?

Have seen Air Boss Mach 8 :)

  • @happysphinx Many have the inner rotating bezels: Breitling, IWC, Sinn, and more

  • @breitlingsource Nothing close to this price though. And aside from the IWC Aquatimer, the brands you mention have such ugly, busy styling they make me want to gouge my eyes out.

  • @Nateb123 Different strokes for different folks. If you like cheaper stuff, this is the ticket.

  • were can I buy it for $350? online market like u said in the vid??

  • @janigrym I see them online on eBay and other places for around $300-350, maybe less.

  • @customtacticals Thanx man..

  • Ok I made the comment before watching all the post. $650 a bit much for a watch

  • How much would I have to pay for this watch?

  • I just bought the Mach 3 and 4 (latest version) recently..and I like it especially the Mach 4 with the two crowns and 45mm size..Pretty reasonable for that price..I'll see whether I have time to do a review on these two watches..

  • lolZ ur talking with yourself? XD

  • the movement only have 17 jewels. even a seiko 5 has 21. How accurate is this watch going to be?

  • @rdor011 It's really well made, just not automatic. This is a hand wound watch so jewels aren't needed for the pivot of the rotor, etc.

  • Where i can get this strap ?

  • @tiagowhite You can buy really amazing straps at BasAndLokes dot com

  • Thanks for your reviews.

One thing I would suggest is to have a written outline to follow before you start your reviews so you won't have any verbal fillers.

  • how much?

  • Definitely an interesting bezel...

  • I'm with Chumpey. Can't figure out why they created a situation where a large portion of the seconds bit is useless.

I don't think a new watch should have recoil at the crown when you wind it. Either the click spring is too week or the click itself needs oil, although it could be something else. Whatever it is, it can't be right.

  • Good review, thanks for posting :)

One thing that bugs me about that otherwise decent watch, is that the seconds counter hand doesn't fit on the dial and half disappears between 30 and 50 seconds.

  • Sorry, correction: 25 and 45 seconds

  • I like it

  • Great. I'd like to see more Victorinox reviews. I have an automatic Infantry Victorinox and would make a video if my camera could do macro shots. It's a nice small, simple watch.

  • nice review,nice watch, a pilot watch.

  • Great review as usual.. too bad its just a lackluster watch. Just my opinion on the watch but you do a great job on the vids and info.

  • Very nice watch i have to say i really like the yellow lumanova and the off set Secong hand which is what i have on an my 1982 Seiko quartz Chronograph.

    Great review ass usual.

Buying your Self a nice watch for Christmas?

  • Hoping to get myself a Rolex Milgauss :)

  • I have a Milgauss - I'd recommend one. The newer style have got rid of the cheap stamped clasp plus the movement has the Parachrom hairspring.
