@stacko6 Car headlight LED rings (search LED headlight ring) converted from 12 volt to 9 volt battery pack from Radio Shack. Search 9 volt battery case, you can find them for less than a dollar. You can also buy them with the 9 volt battery case already connected at Cornhole Supplies under All Purpose LED Lights.
