  • They don't use steroids and if they did they would get fired. They get tested for that

  • the music made me feel like the Rock was cutting his wrists instead of his head. :'( so sad. Why'd you do it Rock?!

  • The rock and stone cold matches were always the best... back in the day when it wasn't pg13 and pathetically boring

  • Comment removed

  • You missed mentioning when the ref reached down to pick up the gig after the Rock bladed.

  • They use also capsules, you find it on the internet on youtube. :-), search and you will find :-).

  • the music creeped me

  • Omg you mean the blood doesn't magically appear????!!

  • clever

  • the music made it hilarious!

  • song name at start?

  • Its not scripted just wins and loses are watch pro wrestling secrets revealed it's says the talk to eachother in the match

  • only the divas bleed now

  • @blusuck lol period joke

  • the ref pick it up 1:42

  • sad thing to see now as an adult and a child fan of this era....sad thing to see now

  • C Z fn* W !!!!!!

  • I don't see blood in WWE anymore

  • 1:13 manthat's live on arena the rock must hide, 'cause the people in the arena can see that's a fake blood

  • @HarumPL it's all real blood! don't be a moorn!

  • all the moves are fake except chair shots, which they dont even do anymore, so basically everything in wwe is fake

  • @Brucesox Oh everything in WWE is fake? Let's see you go in there and get slammed around and not feel any pain..tell me it is all fake. You know what else is "fake" those movies and tv shows you love so much, and heck even in those the actors have stunt doubles to take their spot in painful maneuvers. In WWE, there are no stunt doubles.

  • @TheDerekBoxdorfer of course everything is fake, why do you think the wrestlers have to get trained to pretend to hurt others? and besides, when the wrestlers are slammed around they jump up so that the other wrestler can carry them, and then they are put onto an extreme amount of padding. sure, there are things like blading that are real and accidents happen, but if every move hurt than all of the wrestlers would be in wheel chairs after 3 matches.

  • @Brucesox So you mean to tell me, that even though they get slammed on their backs and sides and so on, that it doesn't hurt them at all? Granted not all of the punches and kicks are real. Most aren't but the slams and suplexs are. They DO however know how to land so they don't get really hurt, just a little, and you can't for one second say that you could get in the ring and get slammed around without feeling any pain afterwards.

  • @TheDerekBoxdorfer maybe, whatever. im not hating on wwe or anything cause i still find it entertaining (or used to lol)

  • @TheDerekBoxdorfer they get hurt constantly it's like jesse ventura says you're always hurting as a wrestler you get used to it!

  • @Brucesox If everything was fake, then why did people have to train.

  • @warman31 they have to practice how to execute the moves with each other to make them look real, how to land, how to sell moves etc

  • steroids and pain killers just ask Jeff Hardy

  • Not every wrestler is on steroids and blading doesn't hurt. I have done blading my self when i used to mess around wrestle with my friends , as long as the blade is sharp it tickles obviously if the blade is blunt its gonna hurt allot

  • noticed that when austen bangs rocks head on the stairs how fake

  • Blading became less and less common in WWE over the years

but there's 100's of wrestling clips where you can see it happen

  • Great understanding and observation good video mate :P

  • what is this song?

  • Lol he did look for the blade at 1:32

  • Your explanations at the end were all right, until you said "they feel the same pain, but steroids make it less painful" What the hell?? Since when are steroids pain killers? You should of thought that one through before posting.

  • i know a man who work in wwe and they have ever use capsules

  • Wrestlers/Superstars deserve SOOOO mush more credit than they are given.

  • 1:37 - 1:42 the ref is looking for the blade on the ground...

  • choreographed is a better word. they dont have "scripts" for every motion they make in the ring. if you look closely you can see the wrestlers talking to each other, telling the other what they are going to do next. only the outcome is preplanned.

  • lol the rock can make anything look good

  • song names?

  • @ 1:37 you can see Hebnar looking for the blade

@ 1:43 you can see him at the corner of the screen bending down to pick it up.

  • song is sajni by jal

  • You should stop making these videos, wwe it's entertainment, please let it be. -WWEHQ

  • I agreed with you up til 2:27, that steroid remark is just silly.

    Cool vid though.

  • Of course everything is planned out! How do you explain that during 2 minutes, one player (should say actor) nearly kills the other, but, what a surprise, just after, it's the other who begins to punch the other durin another 2 minutes...and so on until the end of the "match". There are cycles of 2-3 minutes... Moreover, if the moves were real, their faces should be destroyed at the end of the match. When you see boxers with gloves they are destroyed, so why not here juste with hands of foot? ^^

  • @franzy099 wrong the punches are mainly slaps but guys do get bruised i have seen bumps and bruises it happens! the moves aren't all planned either!

  • does anyone know the video where the rock was caught blading on camera

  • That's called underdstanding.

  • theres even better clip where the camera accidentally filmed the rock while he was blading.

  • the judge is gay at 0:25 before he fals he touches rocks breasts hahahahaha

  • So whatare you saying? Every wrestler does steriods? Huh?

  • Whats the name of the sound from 12 secs?

  • That was a good blade job.

  • but steroids make it less painful? tha fuk lol

    strong broscience there

  • wats the name of the first song.

  • The ref retrieves the blade at 1:44

  • whats the name of the 2nd song

  • You can also see the ref looking on the mat for the blade at 1:38.

  • U ever figure out how they the Rock made blood come out of his mouth that one time when Ken Shamrock had him in the ankle lock?

  • @JDezi4 They put Blood capsules in their mouth same thing nose

  • They still use blood packs for when they bleed from there mouths... The only wrestler from wwe that never used blades or a form of fake blood was Mic Foley...

  • it would be better if they just got a blood capsule

  • Ok good video but wtf @ the music?

  • The Rock made a balls of the blading in the clip

  • Rock is not even bleeding on that clip?????

  • anyone know what the music in this video is?

  • 1:37 ref tried to find the blade !

  • um i know my blood is really dark red

  • your right some wrestlers like triple h and hbk ha extreamly bloody matches

  • The Two most famous bladers in wrestling history were Dr. Jerry and Eddie Graham who worked for Vince McMahon,s grandfather,s Capitol wrestling. They had one of the bloodiest feuds ever vs Antonino Rocca and Miguel Perez. The Grahams bladed more often then anyone at their peak in the late 50,s and early 60,s. Jerry proudly drove a blood red Cadillac and it is rumored that Eddie had detatched retinas in both eyes due to excessive blading. Vince McMahon,s and my favorite tag team ever.RIP boys.

  • i grew up with the rock and austin....the 2 very best that made WWF to WWE...seeing this and seeing the randy orton one....really just makes me sad that vince had to take it that far as to do this...and they call themselves professional?? come on...this is rediculous

  • the rock and stone cold may do it but undertaker never doing that..

  • THE MONTREAL SCREW JOB IS NOT PLANNED OR SCRIPTED OR ANYTHING

  • @killerloc10

vince and shawn probably planned it

but bret hart definitely didnt know about it LOL

  • @smexybak yea i now did u seewhen he spit in vinces hair

  • @killerloc10

    haha!

got him in the eye too.

i rekon bret deserved it, dont know why he's trying to revive his career

  • who cares if it is fake, its still awesome, so shut the hell up

  • Best Wrestlemania

  • You could even see the ref looking for the blade to pick it up at 1:37 -_-

  • lol i just love that song at the start

what is the song at the start called?

    0:01

  • whats the song at the start?

  • Nice!!!

  • I dont know about wwe but in mexico aaa there are three different ways we bleed one is blade two is make a little cut before the match and simply open it up with an actual chair or stair shot, and third is like some kind of food coloring or something they give us and just a little bit of this stuff will mix with ur sweat and make it look like ur bleeding for hours it drips and everything.Im not sure but ive seen what looks like all three on wwe.

  • explain kane sends austin to hell vid look it up kane never touches his head

  • wwf is real dumbass

  • i wanna correct you actually...they dont always cut themselvs they use fake blood sometimes

  • you mean painkillers not steroids right?

  • No shit dumbass if you didnt know they bladed before you sir are a retard.

To be on a level of such retarded actions means you are too much of a dumbshit to find out its World Wrestling ENTERTAINMENT.

Thanks for sending me back insulting replies asshole.

  • WHAT ? steroids make it less painfull ?

you know nothing about wrestling because if you would you would't break kayfabe bitch

  • goddamn music i want cry

  • kinda EMO!

  • The rock can act...

  • "Wrestlers feel the same pain as we do but the steroids make it less painful"????

    Are you on crack?

  • ever look at Ric Flair or Dusty Rhodes forehead? lot of baldes there

  • uh, this is mostly not true? the blade part is but the moves arent dangerous and are planned 100% ahead of time before the match, always. Wrestling like this is fake all the time, almost everything is.

  • The moves are dangerous. And they hurt. And the moves are NOT all planned out before the match, this is a common misconception. There are some parts planned out completely in advcane, called spots, but the rest of the time the performers are talking to each other during the match to plan what they'll do next.

  • abosolutly agree with you they plan the spots and then leave it on to the wrestlers on their own how they sale the product that is why a charisma, talent and experience matters ... this is the reasons when wrestlers talk about their super hit matches they alwayz talk about chemistery between two of them ...

  • @sholadragon Yeah, you are right like when they throw someone from one turnbuckle to opposite one. Can't miss that one.

  • Emo creeps.... they cant just fucking ninja him a blood capsule so he can smash it on his head?

  • @Bessadeus its not emo and thats hollywood bullshit. Its part of the business. If you dont like it,go watch a fake ass movie

  • Good video, but blading is common knowledge.

Plus, steroids do not prevent pain.

  • DUDE THIS IS SICK

    self harming just for cash>?

    fuck that

  • now, yes its just for cash ... back in days it was for entertainment ...

  • @attitudefever1

No its never been for entertaining it was for cash then and its for now. Attitude era are for dumbies and losers, no way would anybody enjoy watching people get pushed off a 12 feet cell or a ladder...... oops wrong video >_>

  • @attitudefever1

regardless, self-mutilation to the point of blood loss = sickening. acrobatic moves are one thing, but these ppl are CUTTING themselves!!! this should never be advocated!!!

  • @jfuya2000 oh jesus grow some balls, this has gone on forever

  • @5starwrestlingradio

the length of time for which it has gone on is irrelevant dude. i say again, these ppl are CUTTING themselves! how can you justify or advocate that? It's one thing to perform acts that could possibly cause damage or mutilate the body, but "blading" is intentional mutilation! don't you think that should not be done?

  • @jfuya2000 its for the sake of the business.Let them decide if they dont want to do it.Its part of the culture and the sport. If decide to stop, its THEIR decision.I dont think for people.Thats why our country is so fucked up today b/c people like to "think" for others.Thats call communism.

  • @5starwrestlingradio

i personally think communism and politics are irrelevant to this discussion. i was merely asking you for your personal views on why you believe self-mutilation is okay for the "culture"/"business". but then again, i see your point. there are cultures out there that do self-mutilation as a way as a sacrifice to their gods (kinda). i personally am not a fan of it b/c i don't like the idea od self-mutilation. but again, i see your point. =)

  • @attitudefever1 they dont even bleed now

  • @wwescsazz .. o well yea its been a while im out of wwe i mean i dont watch anymore .. the last i saw was when hbk was competing against undertaker ...

  • @attitudefever1 thats is some bs your stating there about the reason whyeverybody bleeds from cutting themselves in the wrestling business does steroids so it eases pain is bs like you put it in your video

  • @attitudefever1 how can u watch it wen its so "kid friendly"

  • @wwescsazz cuz the pg era. there not allowed to do it anymore

  • @wwescsazz Good jobb... u wannt a cookie?

  • @wwescsazz its becayse wwe was converted to PG

  • @wwescsazz umm yes they do and its even better cuz they dont have to blade which makes it even more realistic

  • @Pure5Productz Get a little cut to get thousands... I'M IN.

  • @Pure5Productz id run a razor across my head for just a fraction of what they earn u mong

  • @Pure5Productz to quote ken anderson wrestling is real people are fake

  • At 1:40 the Ref (Earl Hebner) picked the Blade up.....

  • any one know the song used in the first 10 seconds?

    thanks.

  • there is one time they did use fake blood it was in a match with undertaker vs stone cold taker hit Austin with the chair and stone cold reached under the ring grabbed a sponge filled with fake blood squeezed it on hit head and threw it away the match is on the Tombstone - The History of the Undertaker dvd check it out and watch it in slow motion

  • your right blading is old school they use fake blood now.

  • the rock blades like a pussy

  • then the ref looks for the blade

  • great explanation, good one

  • i agree

  • It has alot to do with sweat the more a wrestler sweats from his head the more bloody it'll seem thats why they hardly wipe the blood off because then they'll be wiping the wsweat off too

  • Another really obvious one is WM22 Foley vs. Edge. The camera actually accidently catches Lita cutting Edge's arm after taking a barb wire bat to the shoulder

  • Sure most of the time its a good cut job but fake blood is real.

Here's the proof: One of my personal favorite matches of all time uses fake blood, it is the "non-sanctioned match" between HHH and Shawn Michaels at Summerslam of 2002 (HBKs return match). At approximately seven minutes and forty-five seconds HBK gets busted open after a DDT onto a chair and roughly 3 minutes later there is hardly any blood on him (if anyone says maybe it healed I swear I'm gonna burn down the internet).

  • @elefterion87 maybe it healed? lol just joking dude

  • it doesnt hurt as much as they sell it to, i mean its like a small slash on the head, then the opponent tries to open it up more, coz if it is as bad as they sell it to be then its impossible to bleed for 10 minutes w/o a cutman

  • The most visible blade job where you actually get a good close up of the blade being used is in the Bruno Sammartino vs. Killer Kowalski video at Dailymotionif you check it out, be sure to pause at 9:56 or 9:57the blade in Bruno's hand is hard to miss. A bit earlier in that vid, youll see Arnold Skaaland pass the blade to Bruno outside the ring, and then Bruno switching it from his left hand to his right. Amazing how obvious it all is...but back then we didn't look for this stuff.

  • fake fake fake

  • @hazydecie So the events in the ring didn't happen?

  • ALL IS TRUE ABOUT BLADING

BUT the moves they do in the ring are planned and they do not hurt them

  • Not true you try getting body slammed on the mat or a cement floor then tell everyone how it doesn't hurt. Yes they know how to fall but every match there bodies take abuse in the ring. For some that catches up to them very quickly and they soon go to bed in pain every morning and wake up in pain even if they haven't been in the ring for awhile.

  • even the aerials? they look like they hurt.

  • Annnnnnnnd THIS is one of the reasons why wrestlign is terrible these days....becuase people used to believe it...not every joe shmo new how shit worked...now everyone and there mom knows...ridiculous

  • I underdstand that it's underdstanding

  • wouldnt it be very painful to stick a razor into your forehead and drag it along ripping your skin tho? :S

  • if you do it fast enough, with a sharp enough razor it will only sting like a shot

  • A really sharp blade wont hurt all that bad. They know where to cut to maximize the blood flow. I dont know if they use it or not...But theres desensitizing balms you can buy thatll numb the area for a while

They also load up on aspirin and other stuff ahead of time to thin their blood. Thats why Sandman used to bleed so hard in ECW...All the alcohol he drank and taking aspirin before the match

  • nice vid

  • I dont understand what "underedstanding" is exactly

  • im only guessing that it means that the other wrestler would distract people from looking at the wrestler that is blading him/herself

  • The description should now be said "How did wrestlers bleed?"

  • THATS THE WAY!

  • they changed the angle on the dvd and vhs. the part where the rock falls down is shown from a different angle

  • after the whole HIV thing fake blood, or no blood at all has become prevailent

  • wrong they still don't use fake blood. They just don't blade as often anymore. The wrestlers have to really know and trust each other very well before one or the other agrees to bleed in there match. fake blood would not ever work in the ring.

  • a wudny mind tryin a few a them somas lol!!!!!!

  • But isnt it dangerous and unsafe

  • lmao, thsi is pretty good, but it isnt mostly scripted it IS scripted, also steroids make them have huge muscles, and make them strong, but does nothing for pain..the will usually take opiate based pain killers for pain and somas for muscle strains..

it hurts alil bit to blad for a second right when u doi it, after that their is almost no pain at all..

  • the blood cap is your mum shit head.

    What do you know ?

I'm in the indepedent business for 6 years now, and I can tell you that NEVER a wrestler will do anything that could kill the kayfabe. That includes using fake blood !

  • actualy from time to time wwe uses fake blood, and yea they do cut them selfs to make it real, but they also use fake blood, altho its rarely used

  • really ?

But, using fake blood dosen't make any sense, after all the punches, and moves, the blood goes away, and if you are not cut, then after a while there's no more blood. (Or maybe they use fake blood for particular occasions)

Do you have an example where I could see the use of fake blood. I'd like to see if there's a difference..

  • hi..what about all the blood born diseases such as aids etc? i mean austins hammering rock...and who knows if the rock has some blood disease!

  • Pause at 0:28 and you will see a white dot on the ground. thats the blade. Its covered in white tape for grip, and so that way it blends in with the ring and is noticeable for the ref to pick up when the wrestlers are done. Also its typically a broken shard of a real razor blade so the edges itself can be sharp if not taped.

  • sometimes it really happens by mistake

  • exactly

  • yes they do cut themselves but the blade is so small that it dosen't hurt.

  • cutting themselves on the head??? they are crazy, that must hurt.

  • In fact,i doesnt hurt,'cause its just a surface wound and cutting surface wound to youself,i doesnt hurt!(im talking 'bout experience,it happend by accident)

  • please,dont try this

  • is it really scripted?

  • You never knew that?

  • ish

  • Bunch of emos

  • lol

  • wait, so they actually cut themselves on the head??
