I hope that the message gets through. It must cost the country so much to have us without jobs. My family and friends are paying the emotional price of my ilness, too.

Thank you for your comment. I hope so too! One thing that I have found encouraging is the amount of people with ME who have started to put their stories on to YouTube. It is so important to make our stories known. Who knows, if enough people do it someone might take notice. It is also helpful for fellow sufferers to know that they are not alone.

Excellent. After seeing all the videos on youtube from people with M.E. and reading the comments on the Tony Blair video, it would be a heartless person who would ignore the message about M.E.

I think that the challenge is to get as many people as possible to make a video response. Although they may not all be shown on the PM's youtube page, someone has to watch them and approve/disapprove them. If there are enough, who knows, they may take notice. The thing is to post on uk ME forums and try to encourage other ME suffers to make videos.The PM and his cronies need to see ME in all it's glory! You can't keep ignoring videos of very sick people.

Excellent message - I really hope Tony Blair watches this video and takes note and more than this, that he is shocked and does something to change his government policies towards people with ME. It is a physical illness and we need proper diagnostic definition, funding for biomedical research and a biomedical approach - no more psychiatry . Its inappropriate.

this matter needs to be taken seriously and you have my full support. i made a video for greg & lindas video to tony blair about it being treated as a pyschiatric illness so i hope every litle comment and video will help in this fight
