Corys Cove - Zuma Beach - Malibu - California

i just came back from here like 2 weeks ago :D LOL its beautiful...except the waves took me under...lol

This is actually Pirates Cove at low tide. Pirates Cove is southwest of ZUMA Beach and it is Southwest and adjacent to Point Dume State Beach, it's at the very end of Point Dume. The cove was very difficult to access prior to 1968. In 1968 movie crews blasted a pathway around the bottom of Point Dume so they could get filming equipment into the cove to shoot several scenes for Planet of the Apes. After filming was completed the cove became a very popular nude beach. L.A. County Lifeguard guarded
