It looks like your just whipping the wheels about and hoping to end well. I suggest getting a sedan type car with RWD, or if you must use AWD, tune the Diff to 90% rear Torque, as it makes the drifting so much smoother.

Well done with the video but it ain't drifting sorry :/ and to make it clear to everyone out there a drift is a loss in rear traction but is controlled by little input on the steering and alot of input on the throttle which can be achieved in a RWD car a AWD is a powerslide becuase all the wheels are controlling the slide and it's way easier to control!!!
