when i bought this game, got home, and played it, i enjoyed the hell out of this game, i like the first person idea and the AI is even more challenging, my favorate feature in this game is the survival mode.

anyone who thinks they can beat my record of 154 kills in survival mode can certanly try. anyways if u still have a ps2 and want to buy a fun gem, this would be it.

you can pick up weapons on the 360 version by pressing the "Y" button but i haven't played it for ps2 so i have no clue....

i think this is an ok game. the main thing i have to complain about is that you cannot pick up weapons, you don't have a secondary weapon, and the enemies move like they are in Quake(ahhh, the simple days).

The graphics are a lot better than I thought after seeing this footage. The game still sucks BALLS compared to the next-gen versions. This is probably more like a run & gun shooter than tactical. My step dad played this on his PS2, but he forgot what my 360 version looked like...Ghost Recon just sucked on the PS2...period.

I've only played GRAW, Ghost Recon 2 and Rainbow Six 3 and the main difference I see is that Ghost Recon, especially GRAW can allow the character to take more damage than Rainbow. Because of this, Rainbow required more strategy. Other than that, both are played in the first person and strategy is required.
