Quite a while back I wrote a very long comment in the Daily Mail (major UK newspaper) on this subject. I got about 3 millions red arrows (which means people did not like what I said to say) several people tried to get in 'removed' because they found it (i) offensive and (ii) untrue. It does seem that masses like to be misled - I was also told off for suggesting that milk drinkers were drinking 'liquid meat from cow's breasts' it just tooooooo much for the British stiff upper lip!
some people will never change,and they give a damn about animal rights,so

and yes i'm hateful ,and sour,'cause i am conscious,rational and coherent. there's too much injustice,suffering and cruelty in this world to be otherwise.
@vegantrax I disagree, it might seem like you can't change the world but even the smallest change affects the world in way you may never know. Its like the chickens I took as pets, no, i didn't make a dent in the overall horror of the industrual chicken nightmare...but I changed the world for those guys. Perhaps the future liberator of the worlds animals could be inspired by just such an act. The world sucks, I know, but theres no reason to give up on it.
@vegantrax If you want people to go vegan, you can start by not being so hateful and educating people as opposed to ridiculing them. And yes I'm vegan too.
