Had the NSX stayed in production it's likely the power would have been bumped up above the 286 manufactuerer agreed limit for cars at the time the nsx was in production.That said the only real competition for the NSX out of those might be the 370Z

@TEDDERAMA Yeah that was a little outdated on technology. Precision is doing some amazing things with their turbo's these days and getting big numbers with little lag. You give and take with all imports and their unique engine builds. A Supra is reliable all day long where as you need to handle your 7 like an overly emotional girlfriend. She's great when you have gentle hands but she's gonna give you hell sooner or later.

Oh crap, lol I forgot about this vid. That's my car BTW and no we weren't running it hard. Just so you all know, the car puts 550 hp/ 450 ft-lbs to wheels at about 14 psi of boost. It weighs just a tad under 3,000 lbs and will do 1/4 mile in just barely into the very high 10's. The widebody is not a kit, but a make up of a variety of different parts. I also got rid of the rear hatch, which was functional, but blocked all my rear vision which was annoying.

@brandontoscano Actually I am interested are the turbo's super small? I'm looking at this in terms of trying to keep the car as close to its NA glory as possible and not from a drag race perspective (avoiding lag) Don't get my wrong I love my turbo in my evo but that's an evo.

@Montu4g63 Well as far as reliability, it's Honda. Their engines are damn near bulletproof. So that's not a worry. If you decide to stay NA, you will be limited to a certain amount of power since it's only a 3.0 or 3.2 L engine. As long as you pick the right turbo setup for your application, and it's tuned well, turbo lag will be little to none. But it all depends what your goals are.
