  • Hmm. Seemed like there may have been a touch of nerve on the stage. I've certainly never had that happen...cough. Anyway, awesome sound. if Simon can shake some of that tension out of his shoulders, I think the volume would probably tripple.

That said, this video is 3 years old, I doubt any of this applies any more.

  • You guys really preserved that 50's swing vibe on 'love me'.

Nice job on lead. The bass didn't get recorded in the mix as well as he sung that day. I had to really boost the bass on my speakers.

  • Thanks

    The bass och Qtones

  • nice job guys! can't wait to see you at international! haha :)

    love you henrik!

  • Just saw Q Tones at HU 2008... incredible, especially for being a quartet for 7 months.

  • Thank buddy. Se you maby next year.

    The bass

  • Very good for such a short time. I've had my experience like this haha.

I love that arrangement of "Love Me"... wish I could find it =\

btw your baritone looks just like Pat from OC

  • X2!!!!

  • you guys are really cool. I think the the lead needs to blend a little more, and the bass needs a bigger ego:-)

  • lol sounds just like the multi track!

  • yeah! Go Örjan!

    Go Q Tones

  • Finey,

Don't look so damn bored at stage. Nice sound overall. More phrasing and dynamics. Keep up the good work :)

  • I agree 100 percent. They need that phrasing and dynamics. Even though i respect them as artists. OC times casts a shadow over these guys.

  • couldn't agree more. You guys ring your chords like a mother but that only takes so far. Use the lead as a way to tell the story more then just a way to sing notes. Then next thing you know the other 3 parts will just fit like in.

  • I promise you, I've had about 20 guys telling me this already, including OC Times and the three judges. But the fact is, I've never stood on a competition stage before, and I have basically never seen myself sing before...

Next time though, I will do much better =)

  • besides, what the picture doesn't show is that we're all smiling pretty much all the time

  • I know exactly what its like to step up there on that stage for the first time I did it last year. Its one hell of an experience and its to bad not to many people get to feel what you do when you actually do it. I won't deny that a 73.1 is pretty impressive after 4 months of work. Hopefully I'll get to see ya compete next year at international on stage.

  • Yea, is´nt he sweet, ower little lead? And a fast learner too.

    Readrs the bass

  • finally! fineyleee live :)

  • indeed =)
