great flying--- I used to always wave at planes that flew overhead, one was pretty low and did a circle or two while "waving" back (rolling left and right) and I still remember it...

i loved waving at people as I flew over, because I remember how it felt as a child (not realizing they were to high)when planes flew over. i once made a circle a couple of time while a little girl ran to get her siblings so they could wave too

We lived in an extremely rural area growing up, so other than family, planes and choppers were the only other passer bys I would get so disappointed when they didn't wave, then one day one was low enough to see me and wave back. I'll never forget it. I owned an ultralight so I was always low enough.
