Unlawful assembly is not bogus charge, fool. Btw, everyone that is arrested, is fingerprinted. You were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Its unfortunate, but no harm, no foul. You werent hurt, and the police were polite with you. File it under "shit happens". Momma always said life wasnt fair, she was right. Had you gone to court and told the judge the story you just told on video, Im sure the charge would have been dismissed.
My friend and I were in the exact same location as you. Instead of being released they brought both of us, along with 3 buses full of people, to jail. He was charged with a felony and I was charged with a misdemeanor. We did NOTHING wrong. We were just trying to find our way across the river. Please spread the word about this incident!

Once again, just like the 2004RNC in NYC - innocent people were rounded up & arrested THERE too.
My advice, if you see a network camera, try to get them to interview you about it, so more people know about this BS.
