There has never been a single good Christian videogame. Good games simply can't be made by stuffy old suits like this guy. To create a good game, the developers must have a passion for gaming, usually going back to childhood. This oldster has not one iota of understanding of the videogame subculture. Thats like watching the sopranos, then burying your babysitter in the park with a bag of lime. It doesn't work like that. The mind is not a zombie that does what it sees. Parents should be responsible for the games their children play. Children can't buy M rated titles at major retailers. Its like walking into an R movie. If the parent just allows it. It's their fault.

I am not saying that it is ok for children to play M rated games, I am saying that is the parents responsability, not Rockstar, or HBO to determine what their children see. Thank god for the voluntary rating system of the ESRB.

All of those kids understand that they're just video games. If parents do not have the skills to teach them the difference between reality and a videogame, then they've already failed. My belief: Let the kids play what they think is fun. Make sure the parents tell them in whatever fashion works that the kids should not be doing what they do in video games in real life. As long as the children follow a good parenting guideline, they'll be fine.

The reason is not hate, nor intolerance, it is the simple fact the funders of Christian games would have many many games, meant for ADULTS, taken off the shelves because of the irresponsibility of parents.
