I don't see this album or tracks on iTunes. Someone should ask Phil if it could be released digitally. I've just acquired a digitizing turntable and will convert my vinyl copy. Silly Wizard's "Live in America" really needs to be heard too. RIP Johnny.
Lovely. . . . and doesn't it just bring back the memories of the early seventies for me. Out lobster fishing in an open boat, plying the south coast between Kildonan and Lagg. Sometimes venturing as far Blackwatersfoot. Aye, Twin Crawford of Bennan Head was a hard taskmaster so he was, but his local knowledge and the ways of it could not be bettered.
Definitely the best rendition of this tune on YouTube to date. Played so expressively and beautifully arranged. I am learning to play this on a Wheatstone English Concertina and this has inspired me to try to recreate the emotion I feel when I listen to this version. Thank you so much for posting.

Fuuuuuck yes. I've been looking for a high-quality version of this song that wasn't only a minute long. Thank you.
