Women love to flirt and have fun and so on, but they really want a man who can take control (not abusively). Just take her hand, look her in the eyes with a calm, relaxed and confident look and tell her "hey come with me, we're going to have fun" and smile confidently and take her wherever you want to take her.

Once you get into that state with a woman the words "too serious" and "fun to hang out with" get a completely different meaning, for both the man and the woman. I personally used the dry "come here" with woman who I had a good vibe going and they came up to me like "a puppy waiting for another treat" and were very excited to see how I'm going to tease them now :)
