....this upsets me like im sure alot of other people...the system gives us these laws to live and abide by and they pull the rug when they decide to do things their way just because they can....the judicial system is no longer a thing to live by, but is something to be afraid to encounter especially if you are an innocent person....what i this world coming to
the judicial system imprisons less sever or innocent people because of { probable causes} , not having enough if any proof to convict these people while at the same time they could have an entire court room full of evidence against guilty people and setting them free
feel that innocent people have been sentenced while the people who are breaking the law are basicly patted on the back and sent back into the world and our streets to go on with their game.....i have seen plenty of that happening right in our own areas and i am overwelmed with it all, as are others lik me
i think its so sad when our judicial system turns its back on whats right and wrong with whats going on in our world...i dont think they take the time to do their jobs properly and they have to have somebody to pin the crimes on so they break all the rules just to justify themselves, not caring about the innocent people they convict that pays the price for their wrongs .
LAst man standing by Jack Olsen is a book that documents the life of Jeronimo Pratt Mr.Pratt was wrongfully accused of murder he never changed his story . He could have gotten out of prison much ealier had he confessed but Pratt never did the crime and refused to say he did just to get out of jail sooner. He was in a cell next Charles Manson when encarcerated. He was finally proven innocent when the freedom of information act leaked a wire tap FBI had on Pratt proving Pratt was no where near LA.
