  • Napolitano/John Stossel 2016!!!!

  • You need not leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. You need not even listen, simply wait, just learn to become quiet, and still, and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked. It has no choice; it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.

  • possible running mate to paul?

  • What network is it on?

  • @AlexNOSAM

The Fox News Channel, the show is called Freedom Watch.

  • Pish on obama & his OFF White House -

he is not worthy of being "called" president...

he is not worthy of even a capital "O" in his name

He is a Traitor , an enemy of the USA , & he needs to be

impeached as a criminal then sentanced to life on Hawaii

without any liberty to leave the island ...PISH on him

  • Yeah, well look what happens without regulation. Does this gentleman remember the last few years... or the S&L crises and bailout. Does this man know about global warning. Yeah, castles & motes. Fiefdoms and banana republics. NAFTA and corn supports here; poverty and the need to move, there. Well, free trade and neocons. Ideals and hypocrisy.

  • @crazyzabo it's just the fact that regulations don't need to cause all of the harm they do just to protect people. a lot of times regulations fail because the involved parties simply change their behavior. over time those regulations were not changed but were compounded with more regulations until the production process concerned turned over into inefficiency and losses to the general welfare of the populace. regulations need to change.

  • Class warfare is the only way out of this modern day slavery system we have now, the world economy needs to collapse and collapse it will it's certainty than a bloody revolution has to follow

You want free trade ? sure then the laws need to rewritten like only the employee can own a stock, bond in a business entity and ONLY the employee can collect profit from the business

laws like no government official and no political party can receive lobby donation (bribe) from any business entity

  • @gitarysk Thank you for putting this glow in the dark stupidity out on the front porch so us goats can get to it. Tell me, if only employees can profit from business, who supplies the advance money to buy equipment, buildings, raw material and such? TO THE THINKING PUBLIC: This is the kind of mushmind that will offset your votes in November.

  • @fzqlcs thanks for the response fzqlcs, the goverment will put up all the money printed without INTEREST and without SLAVERY and the people owned business entity will slowly pay it back

when one profits from someone else's labor it's a CRIME !

  • @gitarysk Just to clarify. If I pay you to build a home, then sell that house for a profit (thereby profiting from the product of YOUR labor), you believe it should be a crime. Do you not understand that money is not wealth? You can print money by the truckload, but you cannot print bricks, machinery or even celery. Production is wealth, not money. You have your truckload of money. Who would trade their production for your paper? Let's have a dialog.

  • @fzqlcs yes if you pay my to build a hose and I build it and you don't participate on the building process anyhow it is a speculation

In a functioning society there is no room for speculation

if you pay me to build a home and you participate and there is your input then yes you are entitled to get paid for your work and sell the hose for premium

money suppose to be an exchange media not a commodity to accumulate and use to exploit others

  • @gitarysk sorry, but if there was thought hidden in that babble it escaped me.

  • @gitarysk What if one profits from their own labor, and someone else demands a portion of that profit? Is that slavery?

What if they make that demand at the point of a gun? Is that a crime?

What if they make it as a point of law?

  • WIN-WIN!!!

  • what a bunch of crap ... Free trade will create nothing but a elite class and exploitation

we had free trade before the 1912 fed scam and the rich got rich the working class got screwed

high taxation of an excessive income is the solution and the money collected from that taxation used to create non profit jobs this way the circulation of wealth is enforced and accumulation is limited. if the rich are not taxed they will use the wealth to gain even more wealth and get us where we are now

  • @gitarysk

You are preaching class warfare and communism...even communists know communism does not work...it's self evident.

  • @hockeypuck999 actually he's preaching socialism because in a communist society there would be no taxation since there would be no government to collect them.

  • @Svenskivsk dont be a dumbass,

  • @tgvas I believe the term is smart-ass, sir

  • @gitarysk sleep, sleep, cuz you can since you are one of the asshats collecting free handouts from the gov.org through the rest of us being overtaxed

  • Yes, Individual human nature contradicts with itself. Aristotle understood that people have an instinct for an authority figure; where that authority will drive them to their own destruction right down to the end with full support.

The entire progression of civilization is can be deductivel analyzed. Do we want progression of civilization? Yet, Or collapse as every nation that took individual nature away in favor 'society'? That's the baffling reality of Human Instinct. Why can't we learn?

  • @SvenBenson Actually the reliance/dependence on authority (govt) a.k.a coercion & forced association/participation has to be taught/learned. It is not instinctive.

While people do gravitate naturally to those more capable, charismatic, and dynamic than those around them, this is not the same as an innate desire to serve any 'authority'.

  • Human nature forever! Cheers!

  • Biblical Truth: We have no reason to fear a man, for we are all formed the same way. We are like clay pots molded by the cracks of life. May the light of Jesus shine brightly through our cracks!

  • Why did he say borders should not stop trade?

The difference between two terminals, be they countries, electrical, or water level, needs to be controlled. Otherwise things stop or explode. It's this difference that causes jobs to move to cheaper labor and lack of regulations. Not supporting a shitload of regulations, just that's part of the difference. So if you short out this economy it gets dimmer and dimmer jump starting China. We took that border down way too quickly and they'll do it again.

  • "The Federal Government fears free trade, because they can not control it"

  • Income tax is the only true tax we should have. You use it you pay for it (roads, utilities ) that's the principal i try to teach my kids, so they are not freeloader's when they get older.

  • @seeker425 Why is the income tax any better than any other tax? That means I pay for it no matter what I use or do not use. Your principle is what is followed by everyone else, except the government, which forces you to pay for their "services" regardless. But I would rather use those resources for other good things. It also requires all sorts of other attacks on my person, with people spying on my private affairs to make sure I don't do any economic activity they don't know about.

  • One thing...if the income tax is theft and unconstitutional...and we cant have a sales tax....how do we fund any part of the government?

  • @AroundSun If it can't be funded through voluntary means, it does not have the right of existence.

  • @AroundSun We didnt have a federal income tax until the early 1900's.

  • @pensword5 Yea but we had to tax imports. I am as limited government person as anyone could possibly be. BUT. I also am a realist, and understand that the necessary functions of government DO need to be funded -- and this revenue can not be sustained purely voluntarily. I am in favor of eliminating all taxes BUT a sales tax. It would create incentives to save and produce instead of borrowing and spending. OR -- an extremely small income tax, like, 5% MAX, with an amendment to the const.

  • This video should be played to every schoolchild. We'd have a much better future!

  • I really wish to see this man as president in my lifetime.. Keep up the good fight LibertyPen!

  • Outstanding Judge

  • Creating employment is a straight forward craft,

When the nation's at war, and there's a draft.

If every worker were stationed in the army and fleet,

We'd have full employment, and nothing to eat.

  • @Hayleyfire929 Which way should we choose? More bottom up or more top down?

  • Let's not forget the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933/1938 which subsidized farmers for not producing the products that were so much in demand during 1940 to 1945.

  • Awesome video Liberty Pen! The judge is awesome, I really respect him.

  • Really loved that last line, it really shows how true peace is created between countries.

  • What do you say when ppl counter that "The gov keeps the bread safe to eat"?

  • @freshdesh

I would say, "The government doesn't keep electronic devices safe, yet nearly every device is tested and reviewed by a private company, and most stores WONT sell a electronic device that ISN'T tested by a private safety agency (you can look for logos on the box to see which agency rated it). The government doesn't rate movies, yet nearly every single movie is rated by an agency like MPAA to get a G, PG, PG-13, or R rating."

  • @freshdesh I counter with "BS!" :)

  • @freshdesh But seriously I ask how many times have they heard of someone getting sick from something not regulated or harmed by someone not licensed. Every recalled medication was first approved by the govt etc

  • @freshdesh I say, "at what cost?" Those who cannot afford bread because prices are too high due to federal subsidies warping the market, licenses displacing small sellers, and surcharges for poor gov. inspections, would surely eat unsafe bread rather than starve. But is that really an issue? How long would the seller of unsafe bread be in business? Not long - and no gov.needed to correct this.

  • @freshdesh No evidence of harm coming from America's unregulated bread during its first hundred years. You will find in every case, the "need" for politicians to control is far stronger than the "need" for government regulations. Without regulations, people would still have the courts to resolve disputes and collect damages if injury was caused. The market would regulate the bad players out of business.

  • @freshdesh

The Free-Market keeps the bread safe to eat.

How many times would you buy your bread from the same place if you got sick every time you ate it?

    Word gets out.

If a business was making their customers sick, they would go out of business in a week.

Plus, a non government business would pop up and do inspections of businesses.

  • The future of the world without the parasites:

Google "System D" 1.8 billion strong.$14 trillion They can't control all of us.

  • @mrpom1011 Never heard that term. Thank you.

  • I deal in the black market in the US. It is called garage sales. No sales tax. It is a wonderful thing.

  • Freedom and Liberty or Death. FDR and all of the socialist Cronies were and are pigs!!!! They have stolen our freedom and replaced it with debt and slavery. Socilism should be outlawed!!! IT is nothing but Slavery.

  • Perfect example of free market is illegal Drugs, sure government makes it high risk businesses and drives up prices, but there is no regulation.Did drug market ever have a crisis, crash or a recession?

  • the government could improve the healthcare and financial systems by outlawing them rather than regulating them. There would be more violence in those markets, but at least the goods and services would be better.

No one complains about the quality of their weed after they find a reliable dealer, which takes at most a few tries, but people are constantly outraged about healthcare and banking.

  • The only reason Fox News is not as bad as the rest is that they at least have libertarians on sometimes.

  • The people need to be told the truth about free trade.

Free trade has become LARGELY arbitrage against government regulation: minimum wage laws, pro-union laws, pro-tort laws, mandated employer and government welfare benefits, corporate tax rates, government regulation/restrictions/spending, pollution regulation, etc.

Why do you think everything manufactured in China?

Does anyone think FREE trade would result in massive and increasing trade deficits year-after-year for almost 30 years?

  • @666sigma Ok so people try to pay the least amount of money to the goverment and try to move to places where goverment is infringing on their rights the least, so they can bring you the product you need cheaper. And this is somehow bad ?

And about trade deficits ? Well i have huge trade deficit with walmart i do buy stuff from them all the time and they never buy stuff from me ....

  • Control beyond the self is all an illusion. The sooner politicians and their worshipers come to understand that, the better off we'll all be.

  • @lordthawkeye The politicians already know. After a whole century of failed government policies, you'd have to be retarded not to realize how harmful it is. But why would they just give up all their power, as long as most of the population is cheering for them?

  • @lordthawkeye Well said, and completely accurate. Thank you

  • Yet another prime piece of video.

I've been banging on about the virtues of the "black economy", for some time now. Nowhere is it better exemplified than in Greece ... where the people know what's good for them. Trade, not taxes.

  • And to think that there are people who speak positively about the practice of rationing...

  • Thank god there's a couple people (Stossel and Judge) in the media who have not been bought!

  • Judge, you should run for President, or at least VP with Ron Paul. We need leaders like you in office, not on TV.

  • Napolitano has to be the smartest journalist on TV. Too bad he is not running for President. I love Ron Paul, but Napolitano can state the case better.

However, free marketers need to recognize the corruption in the system and address it. Leverage got us into the Great Depression and it got us into the current mess. Leverage is a bitch when the markets move in the other direction. A Ponzi scheme is ultimate leverage and that is what government uses.

The lie will ultimately end BADLY!!!

  • @666sigma Corporatism =/= free markets.

Please do your homework properly or you're just playing right into the hands of those who exploit you.

  • @lordthawkeye

Without government, there is no corporatism. Government has always been used by the powerful to exploit the masses. That is what our founders fought against, but most Americans don't understand this because they have been taught garbage by our public education system.

I don't believe that any FREE man can be exploited. The truth is that most people do not know how to create or add value and become little more than a natural resource.

    Grow two.

  • Beautiful.

The judge is quickly becoming one of the most eloquent speakers on the subject of free enterprise & individual liberty I've had the pleasure of listening to.
