i believe she is playing an open d string for each part, and that on the low e she is played 7th fret, 5th fret, 2nd fret, then 3rd fret. i'm not sure if thats entirely accurate but i hope it helps

i reckon Bminor - Amajor - F sharp minor - G major, then use Amajor as a pass back to Bminor , Bar chords and finger style it , to get the recorded piano version sound , probably more emphasis on the top 3 strings.. just a guess from a quick listen
