I cant say my strategy is the best but it helps: try to use mostly strong attacks (up, down, air, etc.) Stay a good distance to avoid his exlposive clay, and nail at least one attack at a time. When he gets off his bird, thats your chance to land a combo. Save your chakra so no subtitutions!! Then when his healths low enough, FINISH HIM!!! (tip: use special techniques down & in air to get his health lower faster)

Yep, today i beat that motherf*cking blond asshole, and there are some advices: I won with nunchak+wii remote. Best way to drop him down is down+strong, i didn't use the substitution and any time i was behind him or he was down i used special jutsu.GL to others!

i tried the whole story mode and this mission by itself took me exactly forty two tries. My self confidence was at negative two hundred during all of this. He hit me with three shots and im down to 30% while he stood at full health. My attacks didn't do shit either. They might as well tell me to count to infinity

This fight is so frustrating because Deidara NEVER loses chakra except on rare occasions, such as when he attempts his special technique. Whenever he does a substitution jutsu, instead of loosing the 95% (maybe less, but I don't know) of chakra that you're are supposed to lose, HE DOESN'T LOSE A SINGLE BIT!!! Also, I believe that he's supposed to lose chakra when he uses his clay bombs, but I'm not sure.

It took me TWENTY SEVEN tries to beat this! This fight was ridiculously hard! If you jump in the air, Deidera will release like six or seven birds that fly up and take HALF your lifebar! It's hard enough dealing with his neverending clay birds and spiders but you have to finish him with the secret technique, and he keeps blocking or dodging you, when I FINALLY did it I had a hair's breathe of health left!

All of Deidara's stats are 150% and his high level of AI is exclusive to what you see in this video. He can block ultimates. What's unique about his level of difficulty is that before the fight (ready, begin) he doesn't move unless you do.

@baronkNightmare Chill, its not THAT hard...actually it is. We all understand that the entire battle is rigged to make it impossible for you to beat him in one try. The best strategy is stalling until he shows his sign thingy cuz then hes defensless for a combo...but yeah, i share your pain.

@Urangatang711 Well the strategy I used was, watching his chakra bar. If he doesn't have enough chakra to substitute then you can combo him with Strong or Weak attacks. When he does have enough use Down A until he uses it up again and then continue combo. Try to hit him with your special twice. It really is a pain in the ass to beat him though.
