I think this pairing is rather wierd. I mean Phoenix is like 7 years older then Maya which is the main reason I don't believe they could ever actually be a couple.
@tj4real Edgeworth has his own game, and I'm guessing Maya is focused on her training. Not sure what happened to the rest you mentioned. Although I do know what happened to Godot

He had his visor ripped off, and received a wound. I'm not 100% sure, but I think he died from the wound, or was imprisoned for killing Misty Fey because I read in a PW wikia that Phoenix Wright regretted being unable to save him.
@MZD79 hmmm... but doesn't Ace Attorney Investigations happen after Trials and Tribulations and before Apollo Justice? coz, you will notice in one of the cases, i forgot, but it was in the park, in the game, you can see in the background Phoenix, in his attorney uniform together with Maya and Pearl on a boat.
