Salazar with an un-upgraded pistol is way easier on the wii and I still had plently of trouble with it. Good job on this run. You must be very patient because I always get bored in the middle and just take out a rocket launcher or something.
i can't believe you wouldn't sell and upgrade from the merchant if you did upgrade your hangun it would hold more ammo be more effective and reload faster that would've made the fight shorter
Once you're done a no upgrade/buy run or even seriously attempted it the merchant becomes something of a cheat for you. I'm still pretty n00b at knifing but I can say the game is alot more fun when you don't max out your weapons. Makes strategy and skill more important.

Maybe you haven't figured this out yet, but you CANNOT beat this game with only a knife, you HAVE to use a weapon on some parts of this game, if you can beat the game with only a KNIFE then let me know. AND KaiWii only used the Pistol when she had to. Maybe if you read the description you could figure that out.

Hey Dc', Shudupayaaaaaamouth! It may have taken Kai' ten minutes or more to kill him, but I'd like to see how long it takes YOU to kill him with the original pistol (no upgrades). We probably won't see that video on here however, because youtube doesn't have the bandwidth to allow a video of your trying, bitching and crying for a year to even equal his time.

There are plagas on the ground level. Kill them for ammo (knife). I think he does that in the next part because he ran out of ammo.

Its not possible to kill 2 bosses with the knife because of their distance from the player, Salazar and the Lake Monster. Kicks/suplexes are valid.
