lucky it was fall haha. I've seen the aftermath of a tree that was hit by lightning, the water in the trunk turned instantly to steam and the tree exploded sending massive splinters of wood out in every direction. You could see pieces of wood from the exploded tree in other nearby trees.

@duckerjimmy yes, but the lamp is metal and the lightning actually hit the base of the tree ... way lower than the height of the lamp ... but now I watched again and you can see that the lamp has a concrete base and doesn't have a direct connection with earth! Good job! :D

It may be due to your cameras mic, buuut; The sound plays at the right time, as most {Hoaxers} seem to forget that the delayed thunder happens on lightning far away, not up close.

But what catches me good, is that you were so amazingly close, yet the sound is that of far away thunder. Everytime i've been close to ligtning, its a real fast, LOUD crack, not a long echo'd strike sound.

Oh speaking of thunderstorm's 2 evning's ago a horse farm was struck by lighting right near my house.... the noise of the lighting striking the horse farm sounded like a atomic bomb..... and there was a BIG fire.... luckly all the horses and people were safe... now the horse farm is bascially nothing.... it was very scary....

Lots of things the tree looks completely different from what you see in the end

the tree next to the strike is nowhere to be seen in the end, street lights seem to have gone missing

in the lightning shots there is no single car

first theres streetlights to the left suddenly gone

first the person seems to be standing outside suddenly inside

The bright white light is seen on camera as a beam like a volumetric spotlight from a 3d program

The reason you dont see the tree after words is because it is blocked by a pillar. The street lights never dissapear, The reason it appears that he changes where he is is because he is standing either under a canapy or in a double car garage which usually have a pillar in the middle. The lightning looks very real, I would now because Ive been almost that close to a strike before. The only thing I question is the boom was to low pitched and not quite loud enough. I say real

I think that you are right. It is real. I broke down the video and went through it frame by frame and I found no evidence of editing that I could see. So, I agree with you that it is real.
