I would guess this is from the mid 80's. I started watching Swampbuggies in the early 80's when I noticed them on TV going through the channels.

American Sports Calvacade.. now that was good tv back when i was growing up.. And still would be good today.. SpeedTV and ESPN should take lessons..

Yes and Speed TV has nothing but crap. I thought they were suppose to run the old races etc.

I remember watching the Swamp Buggy races back in the day on what used to be TNN (Now Spike) and on ESPN and I wish one day, ESPN Classic can show the old races from the 80's once again.

I've been in touch with a person who's father drove a swamp buggy. They still have them but are not on TV for what ever reason. I'd like to see them televised again. I enjoyed them.
