You can buy them online, I've ordered one for eBaY.ph. The whole set can be ordered from a Thai shopping webiste-type in "Cinnamoroll Mcdonalds" into google images, and there will be a whole set of them with the Mcdonalds logo written in Thai, click on the image and the website will open up. They cost $20.
A similar Mcdonalds Cinnamoroll can be ordered from the Singapore eBaY it's holding fruit, and the fruit lights up.
