At 0:5 you have a steam lorry (Pride of Penrhyn) and then a 7 1/4 gauge Britannia. Both made from kits (sadly no longer available).

No it is a Ruston. A model of one of their smaller machines made for road hauling. Made from a kit. No longer available but other fully machined kits available from Steam Traction World.
