  • Wow thats ur conditioning? Are warm hs warm ups out due those. Plus those should be sprints since the room is so small

  • this shit is sad man, im a freshman in highschool if my coach saw me workout like this hed kick me off the team, i bet they dont win at all, no heart no want to dig deep, these arent wrestlers, these are fucking wannabe's. no disrespect to Gonzaga it's a great school but this team is a fucking disgrace to wrestling.

  • That's a shame, all the kids slack off until the losers have to do push-ups? Then half of them can't even do that. The green one especially. The 3 kids that win don't have to do any push-ups? They should have still done them, to stay in shape. Horrible. This must be middle school wrestling, this doesn't fly in highschool.

  • will you guys calm down? excuse them for not being as athletic as you guys claim to be... not everybody has the same physical abilities. i am sure u guys think this is easy, but that's only because you guys strengthen your body to such an extent. so please do not discourage others

  • @dbracr27 I SWEAR THATS THE SAME THING MY WRESTLING TEAM DOES!!!! BUT WE HAD TO RUN THA TRACK LIKE A COUPLE TIMES NO REST AND RUN THA STADIUM TILL EVERYBODY WAS ON TIME IF WE DIDNT DO IT RIGHT WE HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN PUSHIN OURSELVES HARD!!!

  • this is conditioning? try running two miles at 8 in the morning, 3 minute break, takedowns for 45 minutes, top bottom outs for 2 hours. sprints (if you dont beat the time, you go again.. and again, and again. until your dead. then live wrestling for another hour.

  • lol warm up staus..... we cant lean on the wall, put our hands on our heads or our knees. we do 20 mins of running and then keep running for another 10 sprinting one side for our warmups, then we drill takedowns for 25-30 HARD. our team was 2nd in state last year, and good teams dont need to be told to get motivated, it just happens when everyone wants to be the best...this is just a sad excuse for conditioning..after practice we do sprints and stuff but it makes this look really easy lol

  • this is good, we do the exact same here in utah, except what we do is we do trail runs in the mtns. with 20 lb weighted vests and run for about 1 hr. with an additional 30 min. of pure sprints and then we spar for two hours and finish it off with 30 min. of plyos and 30 min. of running

  • my coach makes us warm up with running 1 mile first.. then practice moves then do 100 push ups.. 500 mountain climbers ..

  • what kind of conditioning is this?? this is a warm up for us not even that like a pre warm up.. if we don't make it back on a certain time we have pushups and the heavyweights always ruined it for us.

  • Not as bad as ours. We have to run a longer distance, and do around 50 pushups in different forms. And sometimes we have to do something else.
