Sadr has to go. Iran must be neutralized.
These two things must happen in Iraq is to have a chance to have a democratically elected government. Iran and Sadr, the Ayatollahs fear a democratic state next door. A secular state works against the Tyranny of the Ayatollahs. They must have a Theocracy to remain in charge of everyone's lives there.
The sooner the better.

Except for Al Qaeda and Iran we would have a democracy in place and running by now. Infrastructure improvements are blown up by one of these two groups before the paint is dry. That is why we MUST do Iran.
It isn't the US, the Brits, the Aussies, the Japanese, The French, The Germans, the Spanish, the Eskimos that are blowing things up there. It is radical Islam. Al Qaeda and Iran. That is who we must defeat, to win.
