God i'd LOVE to have wings. All I'd do all day is fly really high, tuck them in and freefall. then when i'm almost to the ground, i'd snap out y wings, fly up and do it all over again.
also how would be able to hold your body perpendicular to the ground? if you had wings on your back, your legs and entire lower body would droop under you, like a bee's legs and abdomen.
if you had wings, how would you put your shirt on? Make little slots in the back? and how would you be able to insert your wings into the openings, knowing you have to do it behind your back?
@diddymuck I would assume to cut slits from the middle of the back all the way down so that there's three flaps in the back. The middle flap would go between the shoulder blades. Then there'd just be like strings or sumthing to fasten the flaps back together.
I think it was wrong for his dad not to understand and make warren(angel) keep his wings in an harness its just not right its ride of him not to understand his sons choice to keep his wings
Em sorry but no, 'Angel' didn't know about mutants at this age ..however his father did and had a great hatred for them, as he had to in conjunction with politics...'Angel was feeling great pain where his wings where growing ...when he slit his skin...his pain went away because his wings could grow through.

In the case of getting rid of the wings, no way in hell would I give them up!! Only if someone I really loved where say dying and it could save them would I do it.
I wouldn't just give everything up unless it where absolutely necessary. Many people get stuck in horrible relationships because of 'love'. I think u should always have love in your life but you should be carful who you give it to. Even the best of friends can change. We only have one life and we shouldn't throw it away for nothing.
