If you want to be really technical, Undertaker actually won the first buried alive match against Mankind. The ref called for the bell after only a small amount of dirt was put on Mankind in the grave, but he was indeed completely buried. If I remember, Bearer's henchmen had to work together just to dig Mankind out of the grave, before subsequently burying Undertaker.
