@Spacecowboyy thats not it at all, when most people lockout at the top of the movement (which you shouldnt do) thats the part of the movement where its all triceps. Thats why your suppose to go up and in but not lockout. Your suppose to go down to where you get a decent stretch but not to much, pretty much what feels comfortable to you. If he was doing lighter weight he would stretch it out more I bet. All in all he's still working his delts.
@AREYOUUMADBRO well most people don't have their arms at 90 degrees when they're at the bottom of the movement so they end up putting unneeded stress on the triceps. the more your arms go inwards the more work your triceps, wrists, and forearms will be doing to stabilize the weight. arm should be an L shape so that the force of the weight can transfer smoothly down in a straight line and into the upper arm instead of a ">" shape where the weight is still being pulled down in a straight

@DreEst1991 By going up to the highest weight I can lift for sets, and move up as I improve. Having someone lift for you reduces the weight to much lower than what you usually lift on your own.
