Hi hi! Have you read the ebook Public Speaking for Frankenstein ? I got some useful tips from it and could then did a stand up talk with no nervousness.

Like I said very clearly in the video. Don't worry about hand gestures unless they are distracting. I witnessed a Toastmaster speech contest where the participants literally looked like robots with perfectly timed and over the top hand gestures. The professional speakers in the crowd including myself almost burst their guts to keep from laughing the people off the stage.

There are way more important things to work on if you want to be a professional level speaker.
