Nice job Pamela. You understand and "feel" the form. For mr you are taking this more into the Wushu direction which is ok, but in my opinion If you "backed down a little on the show side and kept your intensity and focus you could be even better. The only thing I saw was that you loose contact with your back heel in the bow and arrow stance and you lean over too much on some bow and arrow punches. Nice to see someone with your skill and intensity congrats Pamela

WOW! a fantastic form Pam. Not only excellent stances but great kicks. very sharp. i have not had the chance to see you in kung fu action....my eyes have been robbed of a true treat all this time. Damn.
