The reason most foreigners speak Hanoi accent is because Hanoian people speak standard Vietnamese. unlike other part of northern Vietnam, central vietnam and southern vietnam speaks broken vietnamese. for instance, south vietnamese say di de instead of di ve. other part of northern vietnamese say Lua " fire" as Nua, and the central Vietnamese speak very different as if it is a different language.

out from all of them Xuyen',Khai from Trung Quoc .Kaori. from Japan .Jin, from Han Quoc Hong from Thailan`..Rotha Cambuchea and Samaly Laos are almost perfect on tones. However...sometimes there are some words they still have a slight accent. But wow..give them some more times, they will speak viet better than us viet. Then they will live in vietnam forever and we have to leave vietnam to immigrate to Africa. hahaha..

I am also impressed with korean and japanese because they are not tonal. One thai lady still not perfect on tone, but the other thais are good. all of them i would say are about 90% fluent although couple of them i would give 95%

Do some proper research before you sprout lies. Korea is not one of the highest rate of plastic surgery. It's just that other Asian countries seem to be really jealous of Koreans.

Korea is ranked #27. Even Singapore #26 has higher plastic surgery compared to Korea. Japan #18, Taiwan #13, Hong Kong #6.

Why don't you just get your own identity? Koreans and Japan seems to be doing their own thing while the rest of Asian countries tries to imitate. You'll never get anywhere by imitating.
