  • looks spicy and good!! i think ill stick to beer ribs though

  • @dose17 Beer works well (as does many liquids). I suggest trying the Tequila. Works really well with the ribs. cheers! KtC

  • Red meat, not white meat. White meat (pork/ poultry) is best cooked through and juices run clear. Primary reason 'bacteria' and will make you sick. Pork can be cooked with a bit of pink (nowadays anyway).

Red meat (beef/ lamb) is best medium and some folks would say rare (me too at times). The bloodier (juicy) the better.

    Hope this helps, KtC

  • i woke up in the morning with the thought " today only apples and tea", but i sign in to my youtube channel and your channel said to me "maybe tommorow" :D

  • oh yeah....Great on the BBQ too (little cold here lately). cheers Andy, KtC

  • how mutch of the alcohol get's lost in the process ???

  • With the rib marinade pretty much all of it. The sauce is still full of Tequila, but not very much. You could boil it down to reduce the alcohol more but you may have to add a bit of water. cheers! KtC

  • sounds like an interestin meal...tnx ;)

  • bravo!

  • well thank you! KtC

  • Made these tonight for dinner, absolutely excellent. Great recipe and five stars!

  • Thank you very much and sorry for the late response (been cooking). Yes, a great recipe. There is U.S. food chain that makes something similar but I do not recall the name. Thanks for the comment and giving them a try. cheers! KtC

  • Hello gorgeous ribs, care to tease me more? Looks amazing. Would the peppercorn mix in your earlier vid be good for something like this? and can the marinade/or even rub work well with other tender cuts of meat?

  • The tequila can break down meat fairly quickly (just a tequila thing). So it is best with the ribs and not marinaded too long. The sauce can certainly be used for any meat, try chicken!

Peppercorn blend would work really well with the other seasonings. cheers, KtC
