sadly there are alot of real forced rape victims... But I don't know what to think about these statutory rape laws especially if it's borderline and consentual. a 19yr old can be with a 17yr old and be considered statutory rape if i'm not mistaken and it's obviously stupid. So who's to say who's to old to be with who if there old enough.. if a 50 old is with a 17yr old maybe it's not so crazy. look at how young girls act today (porn stars ect) so maybe it's even prestigious in some cases.
