nice video your doing pretty good and if youve never crashed your not riding hard enough. you gotta get a 250r your a good enough rider for one now a plaster was probably good to learn on but your ready for a 250. I got a 88 trx250r and a 86 atc250r and i love how hard they hit. I got a yfz450 to but it doesnt have that hit and pull like the 250r's do. I love my yfz but 250r are so fun to dune their just all over the place

Believe me I've had my share of crashes. Got the scars to prove it. lol I really want a 250r but still want to keep my Blaster. All my extra money is going into the stroker motor I'm building for my Bronco though so I probably won't have one anytime soon. It's ok though. I still have alot of fun on my Blaster and can wait to buy another quad.

I know they stopped making the Banshee in the U.S. Still making them in Canada though. They are still awesome quads though if you've ever ridden one. Personally I have never had any problems with my Blaster and it's a quick little bike so I have no reason to turn to Honda. Except once I buy a 250r. :) lol

Thanks, cj3315! Yeah, 2 strokes are a little tricky to ride but you'll get used to it. They're more challenging to handle the power than on a 4 stroke because of the violent powerbands that 2 strokes have. 4 strokes got all the low end, get up and go power. Blasters and Banshees are fun bikes!

Thanks, Sean! :D I'm not putting any money into the quad this year. All extra cash is going to go into the motor I'm building for the Bronco. I use Roxio Video Wave to make these movies. Very easy to use.

mine was bored 40 over. had uni air filter, fmf gold series head with powercore 2 exhaust.boysen power reeds, jets, and i made a custom cold air intake that went into the head light. you should race cut your plastic.its pretty sweet i think.

nice blaster.only things i didnt like about them was the shocks were to solid and it was to short and not wide enough for its power.but they are bad bad machines.i had a crash on mine and had to have stitches in my fingers and tore up my hands.lol it hurt i was on black top and got hit by a drunk driver on a warrior we were running full throttle when we crashed.but i had to sell mine after because my parents made me.lol that sucked to

Yeah, the stock shocks on Blasters are crap. That's why I got Elkas. :D The front end on my bike is 48" wide and I'll hopefully get a wider axle soon to match. Sucks about getting hit by a stupid drunk person. Did he get a DUI? He should've. Too bad you had to sell yours. Plan on getting another quad?

Thanks! The plastics are actually the same ones. I just painted them orange with Krylon Fusion. :) I will get some new nice ones someday though once I get all my performance mods in.

i agree sand is more forgiving. sucks that i'm in a hospital bed because of some guy hitting me from behind and making me flip when i was in a race for my 3rd tropie. i have a broken arm and neck, and i will require surgery on my knee, but the doctor says i will beable to continue racing which is good. lol i'm surprised that my blaster is not totaled from hitting really hard ground only thing broken is the plastics and me. nice video!:)

It's not as bad as it looks. Basically just tipped over when I landed. No damage to me or the Blaster (aside from breaking my flag pole :p ) Sand is more forgiving then hard packed dirt. lol

I never said a 250r had less power than a banshee. I said that that is what I am going to get when I upgrade from my blaster because of its smaller size and power. I have seen a 250r next to a banshee and the banshee is bigger. And no shit a 250r will out handle a banshee. Everyone knows that. Stock vs stock racing on a track I'm sure the 250r would win but in a drag race I think the banshee would take that one. It all depends on the rider too. It can go both ways with that factored in.

Ok??? A Banshee is too big for me. When I do upgrade it will be to a 250r. I would try bigger jumps but there aren't any around here. The track we ride has these little tabletops that don't launch you very high. And at the dunes it's hard for me to get enough speed to get up the dune and launch off. Going up the dune hella slows you down! :( I'm doing 5th gear in the ones in the video.
