TokyoApartment .. Why wouldn't he? the cops themselves obviously view the dogs as disposable, doing the dirty work of softening the guy up before they swoop in. Taking out the dog would be anyone's first instinct. Hell there was a guy last year who tried to throw one into traffic

I think the guy was just pissed that he was getting his butt handed to him by a female dog that was smaller than he was.

Least she seems to be fine, no harm for ware. Hope the guy does get charged with assaulting and officer though.
