Sakura has improved. She has trained harder under Tsunade. Sakura has great Chakra control. She's great as a medical ninja. You all have seen her skills in that field. Sakura's taijutsu rocks! See her in action. She can bust walls, rocks, grounds and even slugs and other stuff with a single punch depending how much Chakra she's using. Sakura has improved. She had shown it in the battle with Sasori. So I think Sakura can fight. She can win if she show's her best. And she can show her best.
This is one that I remember thinking some about, and I have to agree that Temari would almost always win against Sakura as impressive as the latter was against Sasori. The only way I see Sakura possibly pulling off a victory is if the fight is close range.
And while there are exceptions to the rule, rank generally does count. If Naruto and Sasuke were to stay in the village and train as hard as they did, then retook the exams like everyone else did, they would have been Chuunins minimum.

tsunade doesnt suck man lol,y do u say that, just because she hasnt owned to the level of your standards? shes the hokage and still considered a sannin, she could destroy kisame if she wanted,kakashi too man...as for hinata? no way hyugas dont suck even if theyre late bloomers,sakura may not be as good as the other ninja but she has improved, konan is an akatsuki she obviously doesnt suck...tenten doesnt get too much screen time but is still good at chunin level,but yea chiyo is also amazing
it seem like all the women ninja except for chiyo are worthless. Let face it tsunade sucks, konan sucks, temari sucks, tenten and ino definitely sucks, hinata and sakura sucks.

Temari breaks that by unleashing a huge fan of wind that cuts, she beat Tenten within minutes, where Sakura only tied with Ino. So what if Sakura can uplift the ground, Temari has fought more, and Sakura lacks much origonal moves as well.
just for the record... rank does not matter... you cannot just judge characters by their rank. naruto for instance is still a genin... but he is way stronger and has now surpassed kakashi who is a jounin. that just proves that you are wrong. ranks do not matter. its the skill that counts.
