  • At first I thought he was going kick him in the balls , that would end you.

  • Theyre training to fight the blue man group.

  • @bubasa87 xD Blue man group all the way

  • the point here is dont fuck with grey people!!!

  • 0:03 ... if you were trained well enough I'd imagine you should be able to kick the dudes leg out from underneath him. He'd probably spin in the air and faceplant in the ground then.

  • @BDFdaTnT Easier said than done.

  • These guys could obviously be beaten by a physics teacher.

  • Which attack from this show generates the most pounds of force?

  • @MrEran1996 you had to capitalize your error?

  • @SenorCockblock rofl!

  • super easy kick.

spinning back HILL kick is the best, brings the strongest part of your leg to the head with massive spinning force.

  • @MrEran1996 the easiest to perform , and even if you somehow miss the target anywhere it lands will do damage

  • in tkd they explain that while you deliver the kick you keep your right shoulder down (if you kick with the right foot).

either this animation is wrong or that spinning back kick is actually different between each martial art

  • es chido

  • Hey martial artists, try this: perform a usual round house kick and transform it into a side kick, a roundhouse sidekick. It has to be delivered in the very lowest stomach area to develop its full power and it needs some time to find out the right technique just try it with your strong leg and concentrate more on the impact then pushing away. This is the hardest and fastest way to kick I teached myself so far.

  • @GerJohnny93 As like a combo? So. Front roundhouse, chamber, sidekick, chamber down? Or Roundhouse (right) then spinning back kick (left leg hits)? Or regular roundhouse, chamber keep leg up and then sidekick and kind of lunge with the same leg?

  • @RuteckiNJ Just one hit, usual front roundhouse movement, don't stretch the leg out keep it bent, then perform the sidekick. As you raise your leg it slightly moves toward the aiming point, taking the power of roundhouse movement just before the hit combine it with a sidekick. You can vary this kick a lot, keep the leg bent on impact or stretch it completely, snap the sidekick or take more roundhouse power. Btw I was wrong my normal sidekicks are faster but this one is still very powerful.

  • @GerJohnny93 Post a video? I think I know what you're saying. So like. Say right foot is foward. Right roundhouse, and front sidekick basically.

  • @RuteckiNJ That's it but with the left foot forward! I thought about posting a video I can show you this at my dummy. But there will be some other moves in it too I guess. I'll have to kinda write a script :D

  • @GerJohnny93 I'm pretty sure I know what you mean and I know. Was just using right foot as an example.

  • thank you i will use it in my fight

  • Force is mass times acceleration. Momentum is mass times velocity. What you need is acceleration, not velocity. I am not saying the spinning back kick is not powerful, I'm saying the explanation of the video is bad.

  • Very very powerfull kick trust me

  • There are a few videos floating around of Joe Rogan giving an excellent demonstration of this technique.

  • this kick's called sole butt kick too, right?

  • I'm a shotokan guy but even I know this come from the korean art of tae guk or what is now Tae kwon do...

  • @stonedstew tkd... and yeah but its just called a back kick in traditional tkd federation.... because you have to spin anyway to get the 'back' legged side kick :L so many people add little things here and there so before you know it wushu will be a japanese martial art :L

  • I think that any move with "spinning" in its title needs to die.

  • @GuitarGuy057 Very good comment. Many people make the mistake of thinking it's a spin, and instead over turn the body as they throw the kick (in end losing much power). It's not really a spin unless you take a pre step through before the kick- like that of Cung Le.

  • i did diz 2 ma fwnd as self defense cuz we were horse playin n he got mad n den et got a lil out of hand so pow right in da mid section knocked da wind right out of him hahahaha but da down side is dat i got suspended

  • @NapolionTNT22098 you should take grammar classes, i didn´t understood shit

  • @jorgebeltran

    well go fuck off

  • @NapolionTNT22098 Cool now I understood :)

  • @jorgebeltran

k i apologize gor being an asshole

  • @NapolionTNT22098 it´s ok. i was an asshole too, but i got bored of that.

  • @NapolionTNT22098 Cool story, bro.

  • Joe Rogan kick

  • hardly mma...it's present in almost all styles

  • how can any punch or kick be an original MMA technique??? There is no such thing, don t be stupid!!!

  • @kbksindjelic i was thinking the exact same thing!lol!

  • this is muay thai not mma

  • @MultiKeizBaby MMA = mixed martial arts...

  • kicks like this are deadly but they must be done at the right time otherwise it could backfire on you.

  • Joe Rogan's spinning back kick is a deadly weapon.

  • Ushiro yoko geri. And present in a lot of other martial arts, like teakwondo, etc... then why MMA ? That 's false.

  • the second you see the guy rotating take a step forward

  • MMA?

  • Why are those guys fighting naked?

  • Where do you want to land with this kick? The heel or....?

  • This is a TAEKWONDO kick - "rear horse kick" titled in the TaeKwonDo video.

  • @muststayfresh this kick isn't specific to any martial art...

  • @elgrau1 even not to mma

  • did this during sparring and i checked my sparring partner in the nuts... =.=

  • when my hip heals after playing to much tennis i am definitely trying this out

  • roundhousekick

  • its the karate "oshiro geri" meaning the back kick

but all martial arts are so related that you can call it some other names too

  • well me toes wer sctrached spinnin........:D

  • This kick is very strong and painful ive felt the effects of it in a taekwondo sparring match with full gear on when I was a white belt.

  • my wife is in for a surprise tonight...

  • @Sm0k4bl3 you made my week

  • @Sm0k4bl3 My wife got that surprise aswell, teach her for not getting an abortion. Thanks Human Weapon!

  • @Sm0k4bl3 That's horrible but I laughed so hard xD

  • @Sm0k4bl3 I can't stop laughing at that comment. lol :)

  • @Sm0k4bl3 you're talking about free abortion?

  • @Sm0k4bl3 You are not the first one to say that comment. Sorry, but i give you no credit for something that is copied.

  • @k4l4suPP 91 people don't agree with you :D

  • The saw it the first time, i guess ;-)

  • @k4l4suPP 98 already =] so why ur still bitchin on here? fuck off

  • @Sm0k4bl3 Was not bitchin, no need to be rude.

  • @Sm0k4bl3 Oh no! The Baby!!

  • @Sm0k4bl3 LOL DUDE I LMAOROFLWTFMANED WHEN I READ THAT XD HAHAHAHA

  • @Sm0k4bl3 In MMA a kick like that can be seen a mile away. The reason why tae Kwan DO isn't effective in MMA is because those kicks leave one open to takedowns. Watch the Coleman vs Bonner fight. Bonner attempted this exact same move and ending up getting taken down by Mark Coleman. I agree it;s up to the practioner. If someone like A Silva or Machia tried this exact same move, they would be more successful. Just have to be ready for the counter TD in case if it;s unseccessful.

  • @Uppercut416 True, my wife countered it and put me in a leg lock.

  • strange. The rear horse kick only transfers what, like 450lbs of force? why is this one like 3 times are powerful when its going at half the speed? (hint: watch the rear horse kick video).

  • 0:15-0:17 The other gray guy lifted off the ground. DAYMMN NUKKAH!!!

  • i find these videos easy to masturbate to

  • lesson learned grey people are dangerous

  • this is stolen from taekwondo!!

  • @ownedkapoo marine martial arts combines alot of different martial arts practices

  • @ownedkapoo !! >< but wait, isn't all martial arts stolen from chuck norris????!!!?! omg!!?

  • @columhcille Im not sure, but as a martial artist i know that Chuck Norris officially made his own martial art called Chun Kuk Do. So im sure he didnt steal unlike MMA >.>

  • any good hit to the solar plexus will mess you up

  • this two guys takes shit with their whole back.

  • Isn't this the hook kick ?

  • @basantologist no, a hook kick snaps back towards you

  • @someperson71 ohh that makes sense! Thank you !! (:

  • @basantologist yup no prob

  • This stupid hollywood kung fu bullshit would never work in real life. Let's see you spin around like that when I'm punching you in the face repeatedly.

  • @Bonertronica people who punch repeatedly in the face easily give their opponent a counter opportunity, this martial arts exist for a reason, and just because u cant do it doesnt mean its not effective. =)

  • @kickboxvictor Yeah right, go back to your stupid kung fu lessons, nerd.

  • @Bonertronica ur ignorance and ambition amuses me lol ur sorry ass retard and if im a nerd, atleast i have knowledge, physical and mental enough to mop the floor with ur sorry ass low life shit talking bouchebag =)

  • @Bonertronica someone who is able to do more dificult kicks OBVIOUSLY knows the basics and can EASILY knock the crap out of amatures like yourself who insult and undermine martial arts styles of ANY kind. I took kung fu and am now taking bokator. p.s. no one will ever let you repeatedly punch them in the face. if you belive you can succesfully do that to a martial artist then you're opening a fresh can of whoop ass. naive deuche.

  • @biogaiden93 Kung fu is nothing but a glorified fag dance for weak morons who like prancing around. Even turning your back to do this kick will allow an opponent to gain an advantage.

  • This kick is taught in pretty much every stand up martial art I've seen. I've seen it in TKD, Gung Fu(every style), Kojikimbo, and Karate(Shotokan and Kenpo)... Super effective when landed.

  • In Rear Horse Kick you dont turn around totally.

The point is to look at the face of opponent and confuse him. Lacks power tho...

  • This is a basic kick that any martial art will teach you, I learned it in my first kung fu class, my friend learned it in his third taekwondo class, my other friend learned it in his third karate class. Just like the thrust kick or the axe kick it is a basic kick taught in most martial arts no matter the style.

  • Benny the Jet approves of this.

  • 0:07 lol "rotation of the bodeh"

  • It says "Enough to damage internal organs.." but why would you want to damage someone so badly, i understand if you were being attacked.

  • MMA is a combat sport, not a martial art! If you've seen any move in other martial arts clips remember that this is called MMA for a pretty good reason. It combines Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Jiujitsu and many other martial arts!Kick boxing is another martial sport that was initially suppose to make a set of rules where practitioners of Karate, Tae Kwon Do and other contact martial arts could compare their skills but it ended up being boxing with some kicks (most effective ones are forbidden).

  • i just tried this.... got my ass kicked

  • @MJizkool same.

  • i wish i was ripped like them =[

  • is it sad that i understand the math when they show it?

  • hmm... so apparently this generates almost 1000 lbs of force more than the rear horse kick from TKD.. erroneous

  • the rear horse kick is more powerful its jsut i bet they had different people doing these moves, weak people

  • I remember training when i was about 10-11 years old, I got nailed by a full powered spinning back kick from this 18 year old three of us were sparing .___. I felt like my chest exploded :L but some how there were no fractures that i was aware of, just bruising and a deflated ego :L

  • This is the #1 kick in the world in my opinion because it's a sneaky, yet powerfull kick. If you practice the awkardness of spinning while kicking will subside. I can perform this kick faster than a normal front kick. Great to for an attacker running or trying to punch you. Thank you.

  • The grey guy always wins.

  • 1,400Lbs=a power level of over 9,000!!!!!!!! 9,000? YES 9,000!!!

  • duh, stupid, he said 1400 pounds, it more than enough to crack ribs, that's exactly the force required to crush the human skull.

  • this is not from mma this is from both taekwondo and karate

  • Comment removed

  • you sound smart<3 GIVE ME ALL UR MONEY!!!

  • More power if you jump. I use it to kick old ladies off bicycles and then spend their money on Heroin. Mruh ha haha haaaaaa

  • Usefull agaisnt opponents that have Katanas, swords

  • lol taekwondo have 450 pound..

  • one time i did this in a street fight it was surprisingly easy to do xDD

  • Is it just me or is it the same spinning back kick that people use during Taekwondo Kyorugi ?? I've been using this kick every since it was taught to me...but not the rear Horse kick..just to clarify I'm from World Taekwondo Federation not ITF...BTW in Singapore, we call it backthrust

  • USHIRO GERI PEOPLE USHIRO FUCKING GERI

  • this reminds me of tichaki of tae kwon do !!!

  • same as rear horse kick...

  • thats shotokans reverse sidekick

  • i'm confused this looks like the Rear Horse Kick or am i not focusing on it enough?

  • @TylerWayMoore same as i thought...

  • @TylerWayMoore Only difference is in look, performing Spinning back kick you look where you shoot with heel and Rear horse kick you assume where is your opponent and kick as fast as you can. Kick is pretty much same.

  • @TylerWayMoore It's similar somewhat but when i execute the rear horse kick on my opponents during a friendly battle, the upper torso bends downwards much lower and although there is a spin involved, the kick doesn't gets its force from the spin, but the fast piston motion from your leg, but this spinning back kicks requires the spin to build up enough momentum to deliver a powerful blow. It's harder to execute though, since you might miss your target while facing the other side. Practice.

  • @NichhNg yeah missing with spin kicks is a rather bad complication for example if you roundhouse kick they might duck then do a shit whats the nameof that kick so many names anyways its a low to mid kick its like a oundhouse but near the oppoents waist

  • @TylerWayMoore it is, but different martial art styles = different names.

    good eye though.

  • @TylerWayMoore no i think yur right, it was probably borrowed from TKD

  • @TylerWayMoore

You can c the difference here, but there still is a slight one... the horse kick has its the foot is horizontal with the ground and by this its vertical I hope you understand me :)

  • @TylerWayMoore in the rear horse kick you spin to create the force. In this you lean putting force on your thighs

  • @TylerWayMoore in the rear horse kick, you kick straight back, but in this kick, you're spinning

  • @TylerWayMoore No , here you must Spin

  • @TylerWayMoore The knee of the kicking leg faces down to the floor in rear horse kick while this spinning back kick's knee points out to the side. Different muscles are used.

  • @TylerWayMoore if im correct,in the rear horse, you are not looking at your opponent and your leg must do more of a hook to reach it,its supposed to be sneaky, where as in the back kick you turn, look at your target, and kick

  • @TylerWayMoore i think theyre basically the same

  • @TylerWayMoore same thing

  • @TylerWayMoore

yeah , but the jumping version of this is one of the deadliest kicks of taekwondo :)

  • @TylerWayMoore the rear horse kick starts and finishes with your body turned away from the opponent, here there is more power in your kick because your finish with your body turned toward the opponent. In other words, you're basically pulling your kick with the rear horse kick while here you aren't.

  • @TylerWayMoore I'm sure other have answered this already, but to me, and i am still young and fairly inexperienced, it's like a rear horse kick, with a spin, and the leg extends with more of a spin, it's more to add momentum and rotation to the kick, and to distract or counter a higher attack, like to the head, so you could per say duck and kick. etc. if that clears anything up

  • @TylerWayMoore rear horse kick you don't turn your head to see the opponent and you return to your original stance

  • @TylerWayMoore this is mma meaning it is a mixture of martial arts so it is probably the rear horse kick

  • @KDTWGaming Okinawan forms have the back kick and spinning back kick and if you saw both vids the back kicks and 10mph fast anf 3 times the power as the horse kick ..hip placement isnt the same

  • @TylerWayMoore Also simply known as a back kick, spinning kicks are generally accompanied with a hook and a full 360 rotation. The "kicker" here should have all his momentum pushing backwards as well, not so much in the spin.

  • @TylerWayMoore backkicks has 3 times the power of the horse kick if you look at each vid...i wonder if theyre only told the speed and power or if they really know it

  • @TylerWayMoore rear horse kick goes high, this kick goes low to high but with more force, if you see were im coming from. I think this is right ut im not sure someone correct me please

  • @TylerWayMoore yes you`re not focusing enough .. rear horse kick = defense then attack but Spinning back kick = attack only :)

  • @TylerWayMoore rear horse kick is similar only to the hook kick in mma this is rotated back kick there are so many names its just confusing

  • i'm confused this looks like the Rear Horse Kick or am i not focusing on it enough?

  • 28 people are hitted with this move....

  • If you want to learn that kick then start training Taekwondo, where you can learn to use this kick for attack and counter...

  • @hatzifratzi i am 5th degree black. this can kill someone. and taekwondo is for sport. not going to people and be like i can kick your ass.. its only used for self defence purpose only

  • @mmmk1111110000 actually tae kwon do like all martials arts is for whatever you want. i study so i can kick ass.

  • @mmmk1111110000 Sigh. Taekwondo is not a sport. It is a martial art and a olympic competetive martial art. Every kick can be deadly if you hit accurately and with the right amount of force. I simply put my comment because this kick originates from taekwondo (or the form before that). I know that there is a variation of that kick in karate, but frankly, I think that kick sucks. Of course all martial arts are for self-defense, but MMA is mainly focused on competitive fights. Sigh...

  • @hatzifratzi taekwondo is sport. olympic competetive martial art counts as sport.

  • @mmmk1111110000 Sigh... Traditional Taekwondo still exists... It is a martial art... It was made by the korean military in the 40s or 50s... Simple because it has become a competitve ma does not mean it's a sport... sigh...

  • @hatzifratzi are you depressed or sumthing cause thats an aweful lot of sighs

  • @hatzifratzi yeah man, kicks of taekwondoka's are fucking lethal. I'm a black belt in wado ryu karate myself, even so, every time im put up against a TKDka in an open tournament, i fear for my liver and my head:P

  • @hatzifratzi taekwondo, been doing it for 13 years and counting and i still love it

  • @hatzifratzi lol Taekwondo isnt the only Martial art where you can practice it. I learned this kick in wushu san - da. This kick is using in karate, muay thai, hwarando, kapkido, tansudo, wushu, kickboxing, kung fu etc. Bay the way teakwondo isnt that martial art where you can learn to fight. To use it in street fight. thats why taekwondo sucks and I hate this martial art so much.

  • @misterrr7 true taekwondoe is not only kicks.it acctuley incorporates over 1000 strikes. its not the art its the user

  • @TheGAMERZONE1234 Exactly!

  • @TheGAMERZONE1234 Yes but isn't it taekwondo?

    and actually?

  • @TheGAMERZONE1234 KICKBOXING

  • @TheGAMERZONE1234 word...s

  • @TheGAMERZONE1234

well regardless of the user, taekwondo is a mediocre martial art. It was invented by Koreans for the SOUL purpose of quickly training people basic self defense. Any art that can easily be mastered in only 8 years is going to be much less of any decent kung fu system.

  • @LegoWorldCrisis no you see that's were you are wrong, taekwondoe was created on the soul purpose of defeating arts such as wushu and kung fu. and mastering taekwondoe in 8 years is a far fetched idea indeed, my master him self has been training for over 21 years and he admits he still has much to learn once again it comes back to the fact...IT IS NOT THE ART IT IS THE USER..

  • @TheGAMERZONE1234

lol no.. u misunderstand. I meant that you can easily achive a black belt in taekwondo in 8 years. If you'd like to waste your life trying to reach 9th degree of such a pathetic fighting style then go for it. and no, look it up, your wrong. It was created by the KOREAN MILITARY in the past century to teach all soliders basic hand to hand. Did you know ALL Israeli soldiers must know krav maga? well all korean soliders must have a bb in taekwondo. made for teachin groups fast

  • Beleive me bro, I wasted five years of my life on that awful art, before I discovered a place near my home that teaches a custom mix of the following arts- Aikdeo Chinese Boxing , Che Nah, Judo, jui-jitsu karate newaza, kung fu, and five animals Tai Chi.... so far, I've progressed much more than taekwondo would ever allow... its just of a lower standard. And if it was actually made to defeat kung fu * which it wasnt it completely failed. ever seen a kungfu vs taekwondo spar?

  • @LegoWorldCrisis I left Kung Fu and did far better in TKD. Kept in touch with some Kung Fu guys and we would occasionally work out. They sparred like shit and learned from me. For you to say TKD is mediocre because you were at a place that didn’t teach well. I found an awesome school with vigorous training and full contact sparring including punches to face and take downs. Not many of those schools around anymore. The art is fine, it’s the way it is practiced now a day’s that’s the problem.

  • @LegoWorldCrisis I left Kung Fu and did far better in TKD. My Kung Fu friends worked out.

  • @k9m42 Look if you personally exceeded in taekwondo, thats great. Also keep in mind " Kung Fu" is a pretty vauge topic. if your learning Wing chun or something then yes I would recommend taekwondo, but you will never in your lifetime see a taekwondo master beat a master in northern shaolin kung fu. It just wont happen. Taekwondo is more of a starting point to learn martial arts, but NO great martial artist will recommend it as a primary fighting style. Its like a side arm.

  • @LegoWorldCrisis You watch too many movies... No great Martial artists, huh. Didn’t realize you speak for all great martial artists in the world....I have trained in various arts over the last 20 years and find kung fu to be the weakest. That is my opinion and do not speak for all great martial artists.

  • @k9m42

first off, I dont watch kung fu movies, second off, your obviously lying. Any man who has trained for even 5 years would know that " Kung fu" isn't a categorization. Also, its been proven that kung fu is better than Karate... if not by history then by statistics. Feel free to present your opinion, but dont pull stuff out of your ass.

  • @LegoWorldCrisis Proven by whom? Your pretend training and a couple of you tube videos?? What statistics, some video game you play?? THERE IS NO FACT. Just your opinion. An you can’t stand that someone has a different opinion which is based on real experience . Inexperienced phonies like you say one art is better than another. It is the method of training and the individual. You just can’t stand the truth...

  • @k9m42

wtf?? lol why this all the sudden cant stand the truth thing? And how the in hell can you call me a phony when you dont even know me? Lol i can understand others peoples opinions just fine, but what I find funny its that you just gave me that speech, even though YOU seem to be one having problems accepting you might be wrong on this one. now THATS hypocritisism.
