true: stimulating hair follicles makes hair grow faster..

although if you brush hair too often it will weaken the strand and cause it to snap off!

other ways of stimulating hair follicles is to gently tug on the hair in pig tail sections, get a scalp massage or hang upside down for 40 seconds, also exercise helps :)
