false, they dont let you put your address, and yes it does let you put a bunch of info but so what? it just lets your friends get to know you better. plus just cause some guys worked at some important places know this guy who funded facebook doesnt mean ANYTHING

Of course, whether you find this relevant or not is a matter of opinion. I think its dodgy, but hey, I still use facebook - im one account amongst millions, i wont make much of a difference.

@dancetool Very good point. And what is really this precious privacy that we need to defend? Why do we have to hide our activities? Is it not the ideal that any human being, no matter what he/she chooses to do, i equal? So why feel shame? Why and how could anything i put out on Facebook be used against me? Having intel on people makes it easier to make studies, see statistics and locate people with same values, theres always some backsides but why reject the system which makes life easier?

Facebook has become the realization that many have secretively been waiting & planning for.
