  • Great song piss thin sound though

  • Perkele! Dio is doing its work. Godlike. THORNS!

  • Ya, he looks like a goblin here. saw him in 80',81'

  • I love Dio but he does look like Ukko the Dwarf from 2000AD's Slaine comic!

  • @lisduggan64 Ukko the Dwarf must be damn happy.

  • I saw this song performed in 1976 on the original tour

  • DIOS VOICE IS SO LOUD THAT I KANT HEAR THE INSTRUMENTS. . . .))))

    RIP DIO.

  • oi voi, miksen aikanaan mennyt tälle keikalle :( onneksi tuli Ronald James nähtyä neljä kertaa myöhemmin.

  • so little and so big....RIP DIO

  • Hate me, yeah................ but I think Tracy G is better off with Dio..... love his vibe on the guitar!

  • Yes,that's a reason to hate you! :-)

  • The little man with the big voice!

    And Doug of course!

  • I love this song since I was 18. Cool!

  • holy shit! so small but.. atomic. they rock!

  • Ladies and gentleman.... DOUG ALDRICH on the guitar...!!!!!!

  • dio rules i agree completely with fastra and blacksabfan dio still rocks of course he doesnt sound the same hes 66 years old but ill tell you one thing he still rocks and will always be king it im sure dio has got along time before he needs to retire if ever so id rethink that part of the statement in my opinion

  • DIO is great

  • amen!! *horns up*

  • There's no one quite like RJD.

  • I saw this show in Belfast....the venue only held a couple of hundred and the stage had barely enough room for the band...all of the back drop and drum riser had to be left in the trucks...really back to basics and probably the smallest show they ever played...great night.

  • Doug Aldrich on guitar?

  • yep

  • dio and finland

  • Dio is still the greatest, but he needs to retire.

If you're familiar with the original recording, you can tell the difference in his voice (and accordingly this is in a different, lower key); it just doesn't sound as good.

Nobody can sing at 65 as one did at 35.

(But NOBODY sings at 65 as Dio does!)

  • So if someone doesn't sound quite as good as they did in their prime, they should just retire?? If that was the case, I guess we'd be stuck with a lot of crappy bands and shitty concerts. I'd take a 100 year old 'Dio' over a 25 year old Hinder/Nickelback/Fall out Boy any day...

  • i agree with you -blacksabfan-. there would be shitty bands and concerts out there. but there is enough people out there that can still sing and play based on their desire. dio is one of the best musicians i've seen and heard in concert. i don't know of anyone who can perform with unlimited ability like {dio} does.

  • you couldn't be more right.

    totally agree with you.

  • A lot of this set was done in a lower key, but its to do with saving his voice really. Doing a tour of this length, featuring the vast array of vocal arrangements, will take its toll on anyones voice - be they 15 or 65!

But having said that I don't think it detracted from anything on the actual night though!

    Fantastic as ever!

  • He loks a bit old, but this is still very good!!

  • he is old but still has good voice

  • I was in the front row. Thanks for posting this! Any other songs from that gig?

  • i was almost on the front row..great gig, Heep and Dio were superb.

  • yaay
