We have to be careful though when opening up our hearts. Jer 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked..."
As far as judging goes, 1 Cor. 5:12-13 says to judge those within (the church) and God will judge those outside of the church.
1 Cor. 2:15 "But he that is spiritual judgeth all things"
Romans 16:17 "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them."
Part 2 - I find conservative "truth" seekers usually resort to name calling when they can't find a scripture to prove their point. This is not a matter of agree or disagree but of right and wrong. In context (Acts Chapter 2:1-13) , the opposing individuals were confused at the dialect because the apostles were speaking in the native tongues of each nation - proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Be mindful; these were not yet believers,which was the purpose of tongues within these passages.

Acts 2 in full context is first and foremost addressed towards the unbeliever.
Second: the tongues displayed are in every nations "native tongue" so that each could hear the word of God in their own language.

It's the wine of the Spirit, not the flesh. Rivers of living water that flow from the Holy Spirit are intoxicating to man's sinful nature. Read Jeremiah 23:9. I've looked at the fruit, I've analyzed the message, I even attended two of his meetings, and I've read his 2 books. Yes, he is goofy and his comments sound off the wall, but I believe that he is the genuine article. Don't be quick to judge what you don't understand. Drink from that river of delight and go to the rock that his higher than you! (Psalm 36:8-9 and Psalm 61:2).

Oh my. There is something to be said for iconography which never took hold in the West. But if western Christians saw the ancient iconographic depictions of Christ, as King, Teacher, Ruler, Judge, generally looking a bit stern and very serious, I don't think anybody could worship like this guy does.

We have to be careful though when opening up our hearts. Jer 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked..."
As far as judging goes, 1 Cor. 5:12-13 says to judge those within (the church) and God will judge those outside of the church.
1 Cor. 2:15 "But he that is spiritual judgeth all things"
Romans 16:17 "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them."

So far you haven't shown me the lie. The only scripture you quoted that makes some sense is 1 Corinthians 14:40 about doing things in an orderly manner. Again, whose order; God's or man's? The fact that the apostles seemed drunk when baptised with the Holy Spirit speaks a bit about God's order & parallels the language of these people. I was shocked they "smoked baby Jesus," but I got the point, the more we abide in Jesus (John 15), the more we will feel His presence in a greater way i.e., drunk.

If you are referencing what I think you are; the whole Acts 2 fiasco that the tokers and drunkards utilize is horrendous hermeneutics, and you should know that.
Jesus' "point" is made throughout the Word, NEVER smoking an image of Him.
His presence is brought about through intimacy with Him in prayer,study of His word and reverent worship.

about respect and blasphemy... That is very relative. Like the following example: putting up a middle finger to God would be in the west, cursing God. Maybe in pakistan it means bless God! So who judges what is blasphemy? It is really relative. I see that the things we don't understand, John does it with a heart that is really respecting God.
He proclaims that Jesus Christ is Lord, and God uses Him. Jesus may bless you all. Maybe we just should open our hearts to Him, and ask what He thinks.

Throwing out a "relative" card will only lead to more heresy.
Christianity will then meld into something rather syncretistic,and just as Crowder is attempting to accomplish;anything goes.
Jesus said that "NARROW" is the way (Matthew 7:14),not some full blown open road to let it all hang out.
As I mentioned earlier,we rightfully and righteously judge a mans doctrine by God's Word; see 2Timothy 3:16

This video: 1 of 9, along with the counter commentaries to what John is exhibiting should be enough for any well grounded saint in Christ to throw up the red flag of blasphemy.
As far as respect for God,go to part 2 and tell me;is comparing Jesus to a heroin injection respectful? Is putting a baby Jesus figurine up to ones lips and toking it like a marijuana joint respectful? Is it respectful to teach babes in Christ to suck on God's imaginary teat?

I dont see alot people with this much love for people and for Jesus than John Crowder has. He loves Jesus to the core and us to the core. He builds people up and doesn't judge anyone. Sounds like a real follower for Jesus tot me. He just tells us to open our hearts for Jesus, and be fully dependent on Him. You see on the fruits that he is just following God. I think I don't understand everything he does. But next to the things I don't understand I see a real Christian.

I am not judging John's heart,nor exactly where he will eternally stand in the Book of Life,however;what John exhibits and teaches is not only unsound extra Biblical doctrine,it is blatantly heretical and blasphemous.
Though a man openly mentions the name of Jesus Christ and eloquently speaks on spiritual things, this is not the true acid test for the mark of a Christian.We are called to test all things in light of scripture.1 Thessalonians 5:1

Additionally,if you admit that you "don't understand everything he does",I would lovingly but firmly advise you to test this man's teachings against scripture.
This is dangerous spiritual ground that this man is recklessly treading on. New Age and Occultic to the core,and expilicitly warned of and forbidden throughout God's Word.

He tells us 'I think we need to know a little bit more about the spirit realm.' What the church needs is to know God's WORD more, so they wouldn't be accepting this as true Christianity! (Acts 17:11) He shows no respect or reverence for God. "..worship God ACCEPTABLY with REVERENCE and awe, for our "God is a consuming fire." (Heb. 12:29) Many who are sincerely seeking God are rejecting Christianity because they see people like him who present a false gospel because they preach another Jesus.

I am uncertain if Crowder has always listed these videos under "comedy", but it appears that this may be some damage control in light of all the idiocy that is being spread across the Tube by devout Crowderites.
He has certainly spawned a few spiritual Frankenstein clones that have taken his teachings to the most ludicrous extremes,and unless he is without conscience,even he himself should be humiliated at their behavior.

Yes,he would like to lead others to think that he is for real,however;anyone with any Scriptural knowledge and discernment will immediately brush his nonsense off.
The unfortunate side of this is the fact that many babes in Christ are not yet discipled and grounded in the Word of God,thereafter following strange and forbidden doctrines,that rely more on esoteric and subjective experience than sound hermeneutics.

at the day of Pentacost the holy spirit fell on the upper room and they all started speaking in tongues and went into a drunken state,others there said these men have had too much wine. the new testament post the gospels is full of apostles going into trances.
Satan cannot create he can only imitate. drugs are an imitation of the inebriating presence of god. and what about the adicts that have been delivered from crowders ministry of "toking the ghost"
